Can’t View Results
Well part of this is useful. You can request refills. You can make appointments. But viewing any results is iffy at best. There are instructions to “click on the link above to review results”. Except there usually is no link. Occasionally there is a link but no way to click it because it’s non-functional.

Very difficult to use
Not easy to read or see documents, labs and imaging.
Worst app ever
The app does not work. It will not allow me to connect with my doctor, who doesn’t even show up in the list of providers even though he is affiliated with Northwell Health. His office sends me emails saying I have a new message but nothing is ever there. I have tried everything over the past few months, deleting my profile and signing in with a new email and password but nothing works. The NYU Langone and Weill-Cornell apps are no trouble at all and signing up with them was simple and I never have problems connecting with my providers affiliated with them. Northwell on the other hand is worse than useless.

Taking 6 digit passcode from email back to App has erased that page on App.
When going thru the Follow my Health App for a new password after completing new password-then you receive code back in email-then you go back to app and find out that page is gone. Very frustrating. I am working from my IPhone 13, my Follow my Health App is up to date. Pls fix!

It’s an excellent app that works very well, but I would LOVE an update that allows opening and viewing the actual test result files (images)—such as MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays—instead of just the written description.

I originally posted a negative review of this app, but I had gotten it confused with another medical app. This one is pretty good. It tells me everything I want to know. The one thing I find annoying and I don’t know how to stop it is the app keeps track of your appointments with your doctors even if it’s in their separate offices apart from the hospital. They send constant reminder texts, reminder emails and reminder robo phone calls. For a prior appointment, I received a text every single day for five days before the appointment, multiple Robo calls, and a couple of emails. That is damn excessive.

Needs bug fix update
Usually the app works like a charm, but today I was unable to renew any prescriptions and also unable to email doctor. Not sure what’s wrong, but would be nice if app support

Has limited information and no support
Can't see bills, can't send a message doesn't have your appointments can't get support you go to that tab and it has no information on how to obtain support. Needed to email the provider and messages is greyed out. Useless app.

The app was great. No longer so. My wife’s doc no longer shows up on her app and mine won’t let me message

Constant Problems
Talk about constant problems & errors… too many to list. And when we contact “support”, the response is a minimum of a week, if not weeks later. Just now, I went to the support desk and it’s having technical difficulties and is unable to assist. #BeyondDisappointing

No notifications
I like what this app has to offer, but I am removing two stars because notifications outside of the app are not available. I have to actually open the app to see if there’s something new or if my doctors office has messaged me.
