Financial issue
I can’t get in because it says there is a financial issue with a former provider. It doesn’t tell me which provider or when. I haven’t used this app in a long time, and I do not remember who was connected with it. If it let me into the app after a warning, I could get in touch with the provider with whom I have the issue (they’ve stopped billing me a long time ago - I really have no clue) but this “I’m not gonna let you in or tell you anything” gatekeeping is pointless.

Needed Enhancement
The application works fine with the exception of not being able to reply to messages from providers. Instead you have to create a whole new message which then loses all back and forth correspondence. So you have to go back and read all messages. Not very streamlined or convenient.

I just absolutely love this app. It’s a lot quicker to get answers. The nurses and doctors ALWAYS gets back with you within a very quick timing
Easy to use
I am using this app for first time and find that it is easy to maneuver inside it and items I need to review immediately are presented when I log in. This makes a difference to me. I don’t have to look for things that need me to take action on.
Convenient
It is very helpful being able to review appt info and to be able to ask questions. I appreciate my doctor’s prompt and professional responses.
Fails to Connect with My PCP
I routinely receive emails from Masonboro Family Practice to log in and see a new message and nothing is there. No appointments and no provider listed. This App has been totally useless.

I had some struggles setting this up on my phone. I was given lots of good directions and finally was able to “get”the app
I love having all my health information easily available.
Another feature will be messaging so I don’t have to wait on phone for receptionist.

I love this easy to use App! It’s a great way to communicate with my doctor and review everything that we have discussed.
