I PAID FOR A YEARLY RENEWAL AND CAMERA STOPPED WORKING AS SOON AS I DID. NOW I CANT FIND OUT HOW TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION!! IT GIVES NO OPTIONS ON THE APP, NO PHONE NUMBER .. OR ANY CANCELLATION OPTIONS. NOWNI WILL HAVE TO SEE IF I CAN GET MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO HELP!

This camera and app Sucks!
I finally got this camera connected, itโs outside, and it will only record in 2 ways: an image; and a 6 second video. It does NOT record videos even when I am waving right in front of it. It records only when it โfeels like it.โ THe picture quality is not that great.
Every time you open the app, it takes a while to connect. Every time, even if it is 10 seconds apart. I also THINK it is intrusive, as it HAS to have location, access to my photos (WHY??!!), and probably I think access to my devices.
I will Chuck this one and find another solar cam. The aggravation is not worth it.

Slow video playback
The video playback is so slow by the time it starts playing what it saw and recorded you donโt care anymore because it took so damn long to to playback

Love not having a monthly subscription fee.
No more 24 video rec
They just removed 24 actual video recordings, only left Aov and its like time lapse, missing a lot of things, turned my camera into useless brick

Camera vs. App
The camera is fantastic, however I find the app to be clunky and could use some refinement. I donโt think it needs to be as complex as it is right now, but Iโm sure they will improve it! Iโve had this for about a week now and theyโve already made one update which improved things greatly and I very much appreciate it.

Great app
Easy to use and can turn notifications on/off when home . I feel much safer knowing whoโs pulling up or at my home if Iโm not. Great for watching wildlife also.
