I can’t get the app to do anything on my phone
App is unresponsive
App launches but is immediately unresponsive. No buttons or selections work. Force close and restart, same thing. Delete and reinstall, same thing. This makes my camera useless. Please provide an update. Thanks!

This app is terrible and freezes constantly. As soon as it opens it freezes and I am unable to use it. I’ve uninstalled several times and same issue. Please provide an update for a fix to support iOS 26.5.2.
Doesn’t work anymore
We set this up last year and it worked well, we were happy. We turned it off over the winter as we were gone soft several months. We’ve been trying to get it going again and it fails to connect to the cloud service. We’ve tried everything, rebooting the WiFi, hard rebooting camera and phone. We’ve tried everything set our network to 2.4 ghz, deleted and reinstalled the app, etc ….nothing works.

Stopped working
7/15/26: chatted with the customer support on the app and it took forever for them to respond, like days in between. Then finally after almost 2 weeks, they asked me to send video of the issue which is that the app freezes when I try to reconnect the camera which I did and then a week after that they said they would show their team and get back to me and then closed the chat. Issue not resolved, still can’t connect my camera to the app.
I have had this camera for over a year and never had issues. Recently, it had an update and that caused my camera to disconnect. Every time I tried to reconnect it, it would fail. So I decided to delete it completely and reconnect the entire device. Not when I try to connect the device, I can only get to the screen where it find the camera and then the entire app freezes. It just sits there then kicks me out and proceeds to do the same thing over and over. Very frustrated!
