I can’t get the app to do anything on my phone
App is unresponsive
App launches but is immediately unresponsive. No buttons or selections work. Force close and restart, same thing. Delete and reinstall, same thing. This makes my camera useless. Please provide an update. Thanks!

This app is terrible and freezes constantly. As soon as it opens it freezes and I am unable to use it. I’ve uninstalled several times and same issue. Please provide an update for a fix to support iOS 26.5.2.
Doesn’t work anymore
We set this up last year and it worked well, we were happy. We turned it off over the winter as we were gone soft several months. We’ve been trying to get it going again and it fails to connect to the cloud service. We’ve tried everything, rebooting the WiFi, hard rebooting camera and phone. We’ve tried everything set our network to 2.4 ghz, deleted and reinstalled the app, etc ….nothing works.

Stopped working
7/15/26: chatted with the customer support on the app and it took forever for them to respond, like days in between. Then finally after almost 2 weeks, they asked me to send video of the issue which is that the app freezes when I try to reconnect the camera which I did and then a week after that they said they would show their team and get back to me and then closed the chat. Issue not resolved, still can’t connect my camera to the app.
I have had this camera for over a year and never had issues. Recently, it had an update and that caused my camera to disconnect. Every time I tried to reconnect it, it would fail. So I decided to delete it completely and reconnect the entire device. Not when I try to connect the device, I can only get to the screen where it find the camera and then the entire app freezes. It just sits there then kicks me out and proceeds to do the same thing over and over. Very frustrated!

Upset
I paid for an annual subscription and it never appeared in my app but I was charged. I emailed them and no reply. So I paid for a year subscription and who knows where the money went.
Camera stop working after 3 days.
I was so excited for this , but after 3 days the camera stop working and only displays a white screen. Wish I would have saved the box cause I would return this and pay a little extra for bird feed cam that actually works.
Junk App
Had to struggle to connect to app. Once connected it did not work. Every time I try to open the app, it freezes. I cannot update the device. I cannot use it to see camera. Sucks.
Janky
This is a janky app that freezes every time you open it. I’d recommend you gay a different bird feeder.
Disappointed at best
Haven’t even been able to open the camera once because the app glitches so bad. Should have checked to see what app is associated with my bird feeder camera before purchasing. Also noteworthy safari blocks the support site, advising of a non-private connection.

It ok
It’s good I used it for a camera and u could make the screen less blurry. And I put the cam away but the problem is you need a passcode and username. I don’t get why so many other people don’t like ur app. But it good.
Scam
This app is a copy of another app (VICO) and does not work. Once you have downloaded and added the Camera that the app is supposed to work with the app stops working. It freezes and crashes.
nach Update vor 2 Tagen funktioniert es erstmal wieder
nachdem ich nach dem Update im April nur einen weißen Bildschirm hatte und die Kamera schon entsorgen wollte, funktioniert es nach dem jetzigen Update wieder.
White screen on IPAD
The app worked great on my iPhone and iPad for 3 months. Now, the app only works on my iPhone but shows a white screen when logging in on my iPad . I have reinstalled the app many times and checked on all updates. When I check on what the app wants to access in the settings of my iPad, it is missing many of the options that are included in the app on my phone. I even lost a few access options after reinstalling the 3rd time. I know the app is installed because I get notifications of motion on my iPad but no way to view ANYTHING but a white screen . Very disappointing.
***Update: After a month , the app now works fine again on my iPad. I’m changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Awful!
App won’t function. I received the bird feeder camera for Mothers Day. Trying to set it up, and the app literally does not function!
Cannot view on iPad
It used to work, but not any more. This app is too small to view on my phone. I need to open on my iPad. Please fix it!
iPad issue
I can get the camera view on my iPhone but my iPad is just a white screen. Wrote to them with no response
White screen of death
App stopped working, even after a delete/reinstall. Just shows a white screen. Useless.
