Doesn’t work anymore
We set this up last year and it worked well, we were happy. We turned it off over the winter as we were gone soft several months. We’ve been trying to get it going again and it fails to connect to the cloud service. We’ve tried everything, rebooting the WiFi, hard rebooting camera and phone. We’ve tried everything set our network to 2.4 ghz, deleted and reinstalled the app, etc ….nothing works.

Camera stop working after 3 days.
I was so excited for this , but after 3 days the camera stop working and only displays a white screen. Wish I would have saved the box cause I would return this and pay a little extra for bird feed cam that actually works.
Disappointed at best
Haven’t even been able to open the camera once because the app glitches so bad. Should have checked to see what app is associated with my bird feeder camera before purchasing. Also noteworthy safari blocks the support site, advising of a non-private connection.
Stopped working
I have had this camera for over a year and never had issues. Recently, it had an update and that caused my camera to disconnect. Every time I tried to reconnect it, it would fail. So I decided to delete it completely and reconnect the entire device. Not when I try to connect the device, I can only get to the screen where it find the camera and then the entire app freezes. It just sits there then kicks me out and proceeds to do the same thing over and over. Very frustrated!

nach Update vor 2 Tagen funktioniert es erstmal wieder
nachdem ich nach dem Update im April nur einen weißen Bildschirm hatte und die Kamera schon entsorgen wollte, funktioniert es nach dem jetzigen Update wieder.
White screen on IPAD
The app worked great on my iPhone and iPad for 3 months. Now, the app only works on my iPhone but shows a white screen when logging in on my iPad . I have reinstalled the app many times and checked on all updates. When I check on what the app wants to access in the settings of my iPad, it is missing many of the options that are included in the app on my phone. I even lost a few access options after reinstalling the 3rd time. I know the app is installed because I get notifications of motion on my iPad but no way to view ANYTHING but a white screen . Very disappointing.
***Update: After a month , the app now works fine again on my iPad. I’m changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

App update
For the last month have not been able to use this app. Developer says it was caused by the last update - only get white screen. They say they have uploaded new version to fix problem 2 weeks ago and waiting for App Store to approve. Please approve so I can use app on both iPad and iPhone!!! I don’t like paying monthly for something I can’t use!

Poor connection and poor customer service
I bought two cameras in March 2026 to test and had good luck with them so I purchased 4 more in April 2026. None of them will connect to the internet and I have it set to 2.4 g. Sending all 6 back and purchasing a different brand with better reviews.

The app doesn’t work with Apple as it opens with a blank page and never loads
Connection failed.
Many times especially during night time go offline and I have to step outside to reset the camera and scan the QR code which is bother me. I paid for the subscription and it’s not even recording more than 20 seconds.
No longer loads
I don’t want to complain but I just want a fix. I depend on this app to monitor my elderly parent.

Hello, I love this app. It is amazing. I have used it on my iPad. If the developer sees this can you guys please update your app so it can be used on iPhone for iOS 26 please and thank you.😊 also when I log into my account on my iPhone, it’s also showing a white screen
White screen
Since the latest update, no cameras display. Just a white screen with nothing on it. I’m still getting alerts but have no way to view my cameras, rendering any security useless.
Update: have heard back from developer (opened in an android emulator on PC) and they know about the issue. I am going to request a refund.
4/20 update: they say they are waiting for the Apple Store to approve the updated fix.
Nothing like being a single woman in a rural setting getting multiple security alerts late at night and not be able to investigate using my security cameras.

App is down
I get nothing on the screen for the app. I was told a new app would be up but it’s been weeks. Going with an entirely new camera system now. Save yourself the trouble

Downloaded not working .
Works for about a month
This app worked about two months. It is impossible to correct this issue. When the bird food is gone, so is this bird feeder. Do not waste your money.
Camera App Error
Does not work at all since upgrade. After opening app all I get is a white screen. Tried deleting and redownload but app still only opens to white screen.

Like everyone said, it started working great and now the app turns white, blank!
