Needs update

💚My students love this one
💚Data collection for multiple students, yay!
🟡There is no way for a child to correct their mistake, or review WHY they were wrong, which is frustrating for some of my students. As soon as they submit their answer it just tells them if it is right or wrong and then advances to the next direction to follow. There should be a way to collect data on when they make a mistake initially, but then redo their answer correctly, instead of collecting data on initial answers only. Maybe there could also be a “prompted” button for the therapist to tap if they needed help to answer? This way you could also collect prompted (correct or incorrect) answers.

We really enjoy this.

I have just rediscovered that I had been playing on the wrong settings- we have been playing on auto turns therefore our progressions are all wrong. No way to reset it unless you delete and re-download it. I would really love to track our real progress of this game amongst a variety of brains. Is there a feature going to be added to delete members after they have been tested please? 😬🫠😍 also, we have unlimited time but when playing it has a timer.

the best app for following directions

This app is outstanding! I am an SLP and use this often with students. It offers a variety of direction types and difficulty levels. Students love it! I’m so disappointed that it’s no longer available as I often suggest it to parents for home practice. Please bring this one back!

Audio

Audio is horrible, two persons speaking at the same time is confusing, I'm Spanish speaker and this app is not helpful to understand clearly the sentence. I wish I can just read the sentence and remove that audio. the app in general looks nice

Needs improvements

I use this with a lot of my groups and the kids seems to love it. It needs some adjustments though. Some kids click and then realize their mistake after they have the processing time and you can't redo your answer. I also wish there was a pause button on it so you can give feedback to the student. They know they got it wrong but they don't know what they did wrong. They need those teaching moments! I also wish there was a key to teach them the vocabulary beforehand. Most of my language impaired kids don't know what these foods are. I now teach them with my own pictures but it would be nice to pair the app pictures to the words so they can learn them.

Levels not consistent

When you click on the easy level, the app gives you easy and difficult directions. When you click on the hard level, it's the same way. Easy should be easy and hard should be hard. Frustrating for beginning listeners.

I want to like it but can't.

The audio presentation makes this unusable. I understand that for putting unique sentences and situations together there will be some choppiness. Using two different voices though makes it very distracting and reduces actual task accuracy. Not usable as is. Please redo audio with one person speaking per sentence.

Fun and Functional

I think this app can work well with adults and kids.

Will be GREAT once Super Duper makes a *major* fix!

This could be a great app except there is no way to stop and TEACH during the exercises! Super Duper, PLEASE make these incredibly NECESSARY fixes and I will be happy to change this rating and review. The flaw in this app is huge: If the child makes a mistake, the app tells the child his answer is wrong but then auto-forwards to the next task without showing the correct answer or allowing the SLP to show the correct answer You can't even stop the child in the middle of the task and have him correct him self because once a food item has been moved, you can't undo it. I am really disappointed Super Duper would make an app that does not allow any teaching, feedback, or self-correction.
