Foodlion Rewards App
The rewards app is honestly very useful and gives wide ranges of opportunities to save money in many different ways throughout each year. I wish there was more clarification on how and when the rewards are used… for example, I use DoorDash a few times a week and most of those orders are my Foodlion grocery shopping orders… but I still do not understand if I’m getting my MVP discounts and on top of them,,, my hard earned rewards points as well!

Since when does your app need to verify my device, use two step sign in and log me out regardless of my “remember me” setting! I’m getting quite a bit tired of this nonsense!!!! There’s too many grocery stores out here for you to be acting stupidly!!! And on top of it all I’ve been getting some pretty shottie merchandise that cost too much to start with!!!

I love shopping at Foodlion but they can never take my insurance card they leave tell me it no good this is why I can’t always use foodlion I have to go to Walmart so they always give me the money on my insurance card .

I love how I can see my past purchases on the app and love clipping the coupons on the app. Only thing I wish the search was a little easier on the app. Sometimes when I’m searching for a product and maybe I don’t know the name exactly or the category that it would be under it makes it difficult to find such items

Creating account fails
I have filled out the required fields for creating an account at least 5 times. I get to the end and receive the email to verify my email. When I click on it, it takes me back to the window to create an account. It’s a dead end loop. My email is not recognized when I try resetting my password.
Fix your app
The weekly ad almost never works. “We are experiencing technical issues. Please check back later”. Nope. Going somewhere else that works.
Nothing is Easier!
The app makes it convenient very quick. You can put your stuff on a list and then you go shopping or you can tell them to gather what you want for Pick-Up and they will even bring it out to your vehicle. Nothing can be any easier.
Can not sign in
About every other time it will not let me sign in; saying the email or password is incorrect. Like I first mentioned, every other time. So the same email and password is used each time. It is extremely frustrating.
Shopping
I don’t know why they are doing this to me.
Constant log out
The app itself is great once you’re logged in but it constantly logs you out and is super inconvenient. Every single patch, logged out.
