App doesn’t work
I wish I could give a negative review. I have tried to sign up and it never works. I even tried a new account and that doesn’t work. It’s really frustrating when your trying and it doesn’t work

The app is pretty basic. Looking at the weekly ads aren’t the easiest.
Just a little thing…
I love adding items to the Shopping List using the Weekly Ad. When I click on See Items, and select one, then click on the back arrow, it goes back to the beginning of the Weekly Ad, not to where I left off.
App hasn’t worked in months
I open the app to look at the weekly deals and it always shows an error. I’ve closed the app. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing works.
Poor App
Very disappointed in the app over the last 3 weeks of my shopping. No points or credit achieved from my purchases of each group were awarded to me. I know I reached atleast 3 of the total requirements.

I am 78 years old and physically housebound. Due to health problems,I can only shop online and have everything delivered. You prices are GREAT for people on Social Security. THANKS!

Need to upgrade
FL needs to upgrade their web presence. The ads are only viewable in portrait mode on an IPad. There is often a message about “can’t load your page now”. I have been a FL shopper ever since it was Food Town.. but this is frustrating !!!

The app is terrible
This app is terrible. It will not show weekly ad, it always gives a message that “something went wrong”. Use the website, it’s less convenient but it works better.
Registration
Registration online sends you in a loop. I couldn’t register.
Please put aisle number...
Two things: The app would be great if it showed the aisle number while looking at your cart items. Currently, you have to click into every single cart item to show which aisle it is on. It's way too many clicks. Also, please allow the ability to SORT the cart items by aisle so we aren't all over the store! These suggestions come from a busy full time working mom of two kids who doesn't have a lot of time, but prefers to do their own shopping!!
