Local Phone Number Required

Unable to verify account if you have an international number. Requires Austrian number which makes it not suitable for tourists or visitors who I feel would be the main customers for this app. Useless.

Can’t enter full address

Don’t bother if you’re from the US

This app will not send verification codes to US numbers despite giving the US as an option for phone numbers. Pointless…

Great service

In Vienna as a visitor, found the service amazingly easy. Made my stay that much more enjoyable.

Can not verify my phone number

I am using an us number and I get it verified in Bolt. However I failed to verify this in this app as well as website for several times. I thought it is network issue and it is not.

No Drivers Order Canceled After 2 Hours

The last few orders, the food was delayed multiple times. Today, the food was delayed for two hours. I contacted the restaurant who had the food ready but they were waiting for a driver. The second Foodara representative told me that he doesn’t know when or if they will be able to find a driver. Had to cancel after two hours. Completely unacceptable. Don’t accept an order if you don’t have enough drivers.

Service seems to function better now than Mjam.

App seems more streamlined and seems to function better post rebrand.

Terrible Customer Service

See above ^^^ not much more to be said. Vouchers they give you (what little it is for issues caused on their side) are all invalid when you actually try to use them and if you try to contact them about it they really could care less. I miss Mjam…

Foodora is great

I found Foodora while traveling in Austria. It is easy to use and the service are very reasonable. It was nice to have to so many restaurants to choose from and was very convenient to use.

Horrible Customer Service! Anything but Foodora!!!

I had an issue with an order and they automatically said the issue was resolved without ever discussing anything with me. I wrote two more times and never received a response. Horrible customer service. Lieferando is much better!!! Delete this app quick!

Abuses Push Notifications for ads

Good service, unfortunately they abuse push notifications for their market service, next to relevant messages about orders.

Crappy app

No translation support
In 99% cases you’ll see no food pictures

Ordered a meal, waited for half an hour with no updates. Three times tried to contact support - it doesn’t work.

Will not recommend if there is an alternative.

Not even near to uber eats or wolt.

Lies and technical drawbacks

The vouchers are complete lies, even if you follow their criteria.

The app also fails to recognise a basic home address in the centre of Vienna, not allowing you to order.

They are basically sabotaging restaurants…

Fantastic service!

Bad service

First order on the service:
1. Says “35 minute delivery” on restaurant. When I order it says estimated delivery 40-50 minutes from time of order. This gets delayed to 55-65 minutes slowly as time passes.

2. No visibility to delivery person location

3. No human help!

(4. No pictures on dishes in most restaurants)

Bad system、bad app

I ordered a meal by this Application and I received nothing. I tried to communicate with the Application and they told me to write an email while using an hour to tell me they had no idea about this order. It is absolutely unreasonable cuz this application‘s system wasted a lot of my time and money. Totally unreasonable and rubbish.
