Address keeps getting reset

Super frustrating. It happens every time I leave the app and come back and it’s trying to deliver to the middle of the highway. A sign is when none of the offers are available anymore.

30min = 90min regularly

Regularly withholds the order for 30+min from the restaurants because it doesn’t have enough drivers in Prague. A 20-30minute predicted wait typically becomes 90minutes

I don’t understand why you don’t support live activities. I like Foodora, but Wolt supports live activities so I usually order from there now.

Dobrý den, mrzí mě Vaše nízké hodnocení. Ne všechny restaurace mají nastavenou minimální hodnotu pro objednání. Zkuste vyhledávání pomocí cenové kategorie. Minimální hodnota objednávky se zobrazuje hned v miniatuře každého podniku. Krásný den, Cili za tým foodora

Very very bad never download

I’m tourist in CZ and ordered food but delivery men didn’t notice me (can’t call) and cancelled delivery but I don’t get money back and compensation and I left without money and food vey bad service I try to contact to help service and they said no compensation and etc but delivery men didn’t come to home I wait for home outside of my home

A Fat American in Prague

Let me tell you what buddy. My fiancé and I had been out of the country for weeks. We had begun to feel just a little bit homesick. And delivery McDonald’s at 11pm on a Friday night was just what the doctor ordered. Specifically , a mcchicken, fries, and some of that absolutely slapping Coke Zero. Could not have accomplished this without the help of this app. Have ordered like 4 times with it since we been here now. Always quick, orders arrive accurately, and food is warm/hot.

Better than Uber Eats

In Czechia/The Czech Republic this service is better than Uber eats by allowing grocery delivery and food delivery and providing a vast array of goods and foods

False advertising

Downloaded the app to use their 200kc discount but it was refused. Tried again on my wife’s phone, refused. Deleted the app and picked up food myself. Probably not to use delivery services anyway, bad for restaurants.

Not recommended

Compared to Bolt the user interface is terrible. We cannot see a map showing where the rider is. And the estimate is just not right. It always says less than 5 minutes away and then you have to wait another 20.

The estimated time is actualized depending on many factors (traffic situation included) and the map should be visible in most of the locations if it's in a bigger city. Worst option in Prague

The deliveries are often 1-3 hours late. Support can't even contact the drivers or restaurants and even when it's obvious the food isn't coming, they won't give refunds. Try literally any other delivery service in Prague.

Very user friendly app

The app is very easy to use requiring minimum number of steps to order food. The selection of restaurants is also very good. Great job!

Terrible

Ordered a pizza at 7pm. Dame Jidlo said 25 minutes. 90 minutes later they cancelled my order. Total BS.

Third meal

While the selection of restaurants amidst a pandemic might be limited, the quality of the food I’ve ordered, the customer service, and the delivery can’t be beat.

The time is kind of good,but sometimes it will get over the main time about 5 minutes. Overall it’s really nice app.

Terrible

Ordered pizza and it was going to be delayed which is not a big deal, it happens.

But then they emailed saying trying to reach me- I’m at a hotel and gave hotel number because it kept turning my a czech number.
So they said call them right away. I do, they hung up. I asked them to call me. Nothing. I call back.... and as soon as the person answers and I say they emailed me.... they hung up again.

Back to Uber eats that delivered to my hotel room and appreciated a big tip.

Clumsy UI

Impossible to search by cuisine. Can’t delete cart and start over. Cant sort by rating, name, delivery time. Numerous “hidden charges “ called “packaging fees”. Felt like an accomplishment to actually succeed in placing order (and would note prices seem higher than in restaurant plus delivery and pack fees)
