I was previously on Roo and think its rider app is the best. However, pandarider app has been improving over time with added functionalities which are very useful. The tracking of semi-real time AR and incentives included. Well done, keep it up
not stable using chat function
sometimes hang or error especially using chat function
App usage
Not too sure if the app was closed for orders purposely during peak hours and require to take on session instead of using the “start” button which was disabled due to Not Available. Please fix this bug and not waste my time
Foodpanda Is more reliable flexible
I am a new walker delivery, i like this foodpanda delivery platform because it’s have Flexible Schedule often have the freedom to choose own time sessions and its allowing me to balance work with other jobs or other activities.

Critical map bug
The pickup and drop-off pins are no longer showing on the map before accepting an order. Can only see the pins after accepting it, which makes it impossible to know the route beforehand. It’s causing huge inconvenience for riders.
Delivery rider
Give the rider right fair for delivery, very low rate for delivery rider pls give high rate

系統時常打不開對話，然後沒定位器的人很吃虧時常接到遠單價格也不高，又還要湊單數也想要一次達標，但就是被系統壓著，看得到吃不到，遠單不接客人又餓死也搶不到近單，外送員都沒勞健保了，天天風吹日曬雨淋用命在跑，真的想下班長時間坐在上面真的很難受，有時店家的系統也有問題不是為開店就是沒收到單，到現場才發現，要走也不是都默默的一一回報，

原本bug還沒有那麼多，最近改完後越來越多，莫名一堆人接同一單也好、奇怪的單也好，越來越多，內部的東西還要一直重複登入，明明沒登出還要在看收入等之類時一直再登入，天氣加給也摳的跟什麼一樣，暴雨天出門加給全靠客人臉色，建議加個客人評分系統，分數長年保持在某個分以上的偶爾給免運等，低於某個分數需給予一定懲罰，某些客人跟個大爺一樣要我請出來，地圖也不知道什麼時候要改，莫名奇妙的道路通，店名在對面、後面的都不少見，總體給個拉完了

Payments Page Doesnt Open
Cant open Payments page. It keeps on loading. My internet and data are good. I can open other pages and tabs but not payment. It’s been 2 days and it’s annoying.

About complain ! Foodpanda mainly only complain to riders without any foult even at restaurants don’
Panda only complain to riders even restaurants not prepared the food in time and ask about order they didn’t care and angry with riders without any and if u do not want go with redispatch the order . They didn’t care about time even 30 mins late then restaurant complain to riders and panda send warning message to riders so its so bad things and another thisng some time without reason panda put on break even shift is running on duty then reduce the actual plan and hrs then some time panda automatically new order redispatch even apps is auto accept order then reduce the AR then deduct the batch no its my self problem in last time thanks
