Last year 2021, I purchased a pair of Air Jordan 13 from you in size uk11 but unfortunately I received them in size uk11.5.
I sent them back because they’re not the right size I ordered.
And then after few days, I made another purchase of a the same Air Jordan 13 in same size uk11, thinking that I was going to receive the right size this time but for once again I received them in the wrong size Uk11.5 😡😡😡😡

Can’t log in. Keeps crashing. Pointless to even have an app.
For U.S costumers
They sent me the wrong size and won’t give free returns for U.S costumers even if it’s been before 28 days. They hardly respond and won’t answer on refunds. Never again lol

Non-functional
95% I wanted to look up a specific item the page would not load. The other 5% of the time I was able to add the item to my bag and begin checking out, it would fail and be unable to process my payment. Absolutely the most frustrating app I’ve ever used.
