予約させる気ないやん？

携帯を予約購入しようと機種の色等を選ぶ項目でボタン押したら何度も振り出しに戻される。
なんなら画面止まったまま動かない。

ここのオペレーターが頼りない

ロボットに聞いたが答えがイマイチだったのでオペレーターに聞いたのだが、ロボット同様、質問した内容が項目にないとかで答えを拒否⁈直接電話で聞いてくれとの事。本当に頼りないオペレーター。これならオペレーターは要らないのでは？ロボットで十分。docomoショップが定休日だったから期待したのだが残念。もう少しオペレーターの教育を願う
