Videos will not download
Worked fine on iPhone 16 pro max, now using iPhone 17 pro max with iOS 26 and videos will not download to my phone, doesn’t move past 0%. Tried on iPhone 16 plus at same
time and that works fine…

Would be brilliant if it was in MPH not KPH for the UK users.
I have got two of the dash cams one for my work van and one for my personal car it seems like you can only add one of the dash cams to your app please can you confirm that it is correct? And if so, can this be rectified to allow 2 dash cams to be connected to one app?

Menu empty
I’ve been pretty happy with my FORD dash cam until today when something odd happened and my menu disappeared. Well, it still says menu but the only option when I go into it is to exit.I can still control the app on my phone but recording an event when driving was quite handy and it would be dangerous not to mention illegal if I was to start controlling the dash cam with my phone.

Speed setting in KPH
As mentioned by other users great camera and good features but why can we not change speed to MPH . Not sure what issue this would cause if needing to make a claim

Die Dashcam App erkennt die SD-Karte nicht mehr, es kommt die Meldung: Fehler Fehler beim Erkennen der SD-Karten Dateien. Bitte versuchen Sie es erneut. Neuinstallation und neue SD Karte habe ich ohne Erfolg versucht. Mein Handy ist ein Iphone XS mit der neuesten Software, die Dashcam App ist auch auf dem letzt im Appstore angebotenen Stand.
