Videos will not download
Worked fine on iPhone 16 pro max, now using iPhone 17 pro max with iOS 26 and videos will not download to my phone, doesn’t move past 0%. Tried on iPhone 16 plus at same
time and that works fine…

Would be brilliant if it was in MPH not KPH for the UK users.
I have got two of the dash cams one for my work van and one for my personal car it seems like you can only add one of the dash cams to your app please can you confirm that it is correct? And if so, can this be rectified to allow 2 dash cams to be connected to one app?

Menu empty
I’ve been pretty happy with my FORD dash cam until today when something odd happened and my menu disappeared. Well, it still says menu but the only option when I go into it is to exit.I can still control the app on my phone but recording an event when driving was quite handy and it would be dangerous not to mention illegal if I was to start controlling the dash cam with my phone.

Speed setting in KPH
As mentioned by other users great camera and good features but why can we not change speed to MPH . Not sure what issue this would cause if needing to make a claim

Die Dashcam App erkennt die SD-Karte nicht mehr, es kommt die Meldung: Fehler Fehler beim Erkennen der SD-Karten Dateien. Bitte versuchen Sie es erneut. Neuinstallation und neue SD Karte habe ich ohne Erfolg versucht. Mein Handy ist ein Iphone XS mit der neuesten Software, die Dashcam App ist auch auf dem letzt im Appstore angebotenen Stand.

Was dassss für ein App
Man nennt sowas nicht App, sondern Betrug. Man kauft sich diese Cam für ungefähr 300 und wird nicht mal richtig aufgezeichnet beim Parekn gar nichts

Das definitiv die schlechteste App die es gibt. Bin mir nicht einmal sicher das dass was mit Ford zu tun hat. Die dashcam kostet so ein Haufen Geld da ist die Funktion usw. Einfach nur lächerlich
Speed Measurement
Just had this fitted and pretty chuffed so far but I can’t seem to find the opinion to change the speed measurement from metric to imperial (KPH > MPH), is feature not currently available?

This is an update to my initial review posted on 13 Dec 2021 and is intended to highlight the excellent customer support that I have received from the developer in trying to resolve the issue that I was experiencing on my iPhone 12pro.
The team’s determined support has eventually resolved the connectivity issues that I had and as a result I have happily upped the rating to 4 stars.

Eine schlechte App, funktioniert überhaupt nicht im Ford Puma 2020. Es gibt nämlich keinen Knopf zum koppeln.

App funktioniert nicht mit Ford Kuga ab Bj 2017, hab keinen Schalter an oder in der Nähe wo die Kamera verbaut ist.Diese App bekommt keine Verbindung zur Fahrzeug eigenen Kamera
