Terrible System
This is the worst possible gate access system I have ever seen, Dweling Live was much better! Send “by text” option does not work making this very inconvenient. Who took a bribe to implement this?
A step backwards!
Wierd, not at all user friendly, wastes time trying to figure out how to use to send gate passes that give at least a month's access. Not at all what was expected as an enhancement. I would give zero stars,but app won't send review without at least one
Poor GUI
This app needs serious work and troubleshooting. The app version I have has invisible buttons where you manage visitors and send passes. It’s possible to do, however you must know where to click as there is no visible button. I only knew where to click as I saw the buttons loaded on another phone that didn’t have my glitch. Regardless, a much simpler and more intuitive GUI would be appreciated, for example click the visitor name and a simple one click to renew/send pass would be ideal.

Can’t manage visitors through the app?
Our community just switched to this app and the version we seem to have does not enable adding visitors or issuing passes through the app? This seems like a significant step backwards - it is beyond helpful to be able to issue a pass without having to be on a computer or loading the webpage on my phone.
