Won’t open
Just gives an error. Unusable and evidently has been since 2023.
Horrible- just horrible!
Tried to use after installing on iPhone 13. All I get is error messages about user id and password. Had no trouble with either when using my laptop. Just another useless app that says there is a problem with your server when the problem is really with theirs.
This app doesn’t even work
Lolwut? Last update was before the scamdemic. It can’t even open on iPhone 15. Absolutely useless. If you want to write in the forums, you have to use a desktop now. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Has not worked since last Nov 2023….removed and installed again still does not work. App won’t load

I don’t know what happened but this app was very helpful with my motorhome, however it has not worked since about November last year, I have no idea what happened to it.

The app is dead. No longer works on I phone. Guessing the OLD coots have finally ruined it for good!
Kicked out form
If the Administrators doesn’t agree with your reviews the just kick you out of the forum. I’ve never posted anything on the forum negative or rule breaking. They just can’t stand the heat for bad ratings. Been deleting them for years. Just take a look. Deleted all reviews that are negative. What a bunch of grown OLD haters. Hope your forum can survive as you delete your members.

Horrible
Horrible app. Horrible monitors constantly moving remarks to areas unable to find. Desktop and mobile apps do not pair well. Can’t say enough horrible horrible horrible.
Unfriendly
Went to the website to try to get help. Was given a lecture that I didn’t go to the right section I should’ve tapped on the end, trim the tree, not the old oak tree, and a bunch of other things. I have no clue what they were trying to say. I am old can’t work abs very well. Admit that the sites of the opinion I should just die and get out of the way.

This Forum is heavily censored
They allow bashing of Forest River but place infractions on those that respond to an RV’rs asking where else they could get additional information. They don’t like criticism of the site administrators for making decisions that don’t correlate with other postings. I gave up my membership since there are other sites that provide the same or better information. Let’s see if they try to remove this review since they continued to remove my postings on their forum.

Works poorly
Good information but the app is not intuitive pictures are difficult to post and usually rotate 90 degrees.

This app is so helpful. As a new owner I had many questions. This app is set up well and easy to navigate.
Value of the Forum
I have posed many maintenance questions and have received great responses that enabled me to confidently resolve the issues. This forum is an invaluable resource in helping one to maintain his/her RV. While it saves one the cost of labor$$$, it also allows one to eliminate the wait to schedule the repair. That to me is the most valuable benefit. One can use the RV during camping season without having it tied up in the repair shop.
