Hard Stuff, Easy to Follow
Wow, my core has never been stronger. I am lucky that I have a reformer at home but interestingly enough, I find myself doing the mat classes more often just because I can do the workouts anywhere. Thankful for this app!

So mixed!
The quality of instruction on this app is incredible. Top level teachers and really challenging but clear workouts. My issue is that the price point is twice as much as other reformer apps (eg pilates anytime) and the search/filters/etc) are really lackluster so it’s hard to find what you’re looking for. If they could get peloton level search/filters/stacking capabilities this app would be worth its weight in gold.

Love This App!!
This app has the best online classes! I love challenging, athletic, and muscle focused classes. I travel alot for work and know that I can get a great workout in on the mat in just 20mins. Amazing teachers and great cueing!!
best and hardest online workout
One of the best and hardest workouts ever! I do Pilates regularly and am constantly challenged by these workouts. Always am left feeling sore & having learned something new!
