Tried the trial and frustrated by bugs and lack of customer support
I tried the app subscription and made a few videos. The Auto Cut AI editor is actually quite good, as is their AI brainstorming tool for coming up with scripts and content ideas.
Unfortunately, I encountered multiple bugs and couldn’t find an easy way to get customer support. I eventually messaged the company on Instagram and someone got back to me, but I’m still waiting for them to fix the issue on their end. At this point, I’ll likely have to remake an entire video from scratch to meet my deadline.
There’s a lot of potential here and I genuinely like the editing tools, but the reliability and customer support need improvement. Great for fun edits, but I wouldn’t rely on it for professional content with a firm deadline.

Can’t upload a video
The prompts are OK. They don’t really fit my style, but they are generating some ideas for me. It does seem like I’m just talking to ChatGPT for some generic prompts though also, I can’t upload a video at all so I can’t even test the AI edits. I was excited for that part of it because I need something to help me edit. But that’s not working. I’ve emailed the support team but I just don’t think this is the app for me and I’m kind of upset that I wasted $160. You should have a trial period As a consumer, I’m not down with an entire year membership, but I need A good app to edit.

Suggestion
I like the app, but I wish I could inject context sooner (with a voice recording) so I could have more tailored suggestions for the formats.
AI GENERATED APP
This is clearly and AI generated app, simply because you cannot log into it. You cannot make an account. When you open the app, it prompts you to sign in, but you cannot sign in because you cannot make an account. Maybe this app works, but unfortunately, I will never know.
Issue with niches.
I’ve been having a consistent issue with the Niche section. Every time I try to create a new niche or edit and save an existing one, it either fails to save, gets stuck loading, or crashes the app entirely. If I try generating ideas from that niche, nothing happens. After reopening the app, all of my changes are gone and it reverts back to the original niche.
It’s disappointing because this is a feature I’d really like to use, but right now it’s essentially unusable. I hope this bug can be fixed soon.
It would also be great to have the ability to delete old niches. I couldn’t find an option to remove them anywhere in the app.
