Changed my hair
My personalized shampoo has totally changed my hair! It went from straw-like and frizzy to manageable and shiny. The survey is ok but I suggest you use the chat function after the first round to speak with REAL scientists who can help you dial in the right formula for you. Be forewarned, it took a few revisions and many washings to get my hair off its silicone "junk food" diet, so you have to be patient. (I especially like the lavender scent in full strength.)

I love this product. My hair has never been healthier. They formulate your shampoo and conditioner according to your needs and ask for review periodically to see how your doing and make any changes according to your review. They are amazing and I love the price. Itβs very reasonable.

I love my Formulate Hair & Skin Care products! Yes, this is a subscription based company. HOWEVER, you can change the frequency of your deliveries as well as the date of your next delivery. They work to improve each shipment, so itβs important to provide accurate information, and give feedback when the time comes!
Not only is there Braille on the Shampoo & Conditioner bottles, but the Formulate app seems to be VoiceOver friendly! This company is customer oriented, and receptive to feedback. I will continue to support them!

Your app has crashed on an IPad and the website wonβt stay on the bottom menu functions long enough to navigate or ask for help. Very user unfriendly. I like the shampoo, but very difficult customer shopping experience.

Iβve gone to The salon so many times to get the orange out of my hair and it only lasts a week and then the orange is back as soon as I use this product I have the purple shampoo end it took the orange out my hair and kept the orange out my hair as soon as I started using it I didnβt even have to wait like maybe two or three washes and it was perfectly platinum white again Iβm absolutely amazedBuy the products that this company creates this is the best hair care ever my hair is never felt more healthy in my entire life. And itβs not even expensive

This is the WORST! Stay away!!! Zero stars if that were an option!
I joined last year to try their product out. I cancelled the subscription as soon as they sent the first shipment; I do not like subscriptions because then I end up with too much product. I also cancelled because it charged my card and took two weeks to get to me. Ten Days ago I saw a charge for Formulate on my credit card. I called them to let them know I canceled the subscription last year after I received my first order. They said that they did not receive that cancellation. They also informed me it was too late to cancel this order even though the product was not processed or mixed yet. Product is mediocre BUT COSTUMER SERVICE IS AMATEUR AND UNCOMPROMISING!

Iβm not just talking about the look/feel of the app (thatβs a whole other issue), but the simple order flow on the app.
