Turns off

Just received them. First day of wearing. They keep turning off and have to be paired again. No way to contact the company with the app. What a waste of $300+. When I ordered I didn’t see that there is a no return policy. I will most likely contact my credit card company and protest that the device is NOT what was advertised.

Disconnects

My hearing aids are attached to this app. I keep getting disconnected from the app. Now I can’t seem to get the app to open and find my hearing device! Not a happy camper! I just got them 4/2/26. Need answers
