Maybe user error
Constantly having my password and user id removed. Have to go through a whole process to get both of them recovered. Other than that you can’t complain. The app does its purpose.

I’ve banked at a lot of banks in 40 years I’ve never been treated so well an had a bank help me get my credit up I love this bank Steve the loan officer is a huge help an wonderful an Emily an the others are great including Judy Emily does a great job I always try to go to her chuck D
Constant issues
Even before the update the app had constant issues, now I can’t even sign in because I don’t remember my username and every time I request it, it says “unable to get customer details at this time.” Not much of an app if I have to stop down to the bank and figure out how to log in every time it force logs me out.
