App changes

New changes to online availability to my monthly bill, and with-in the app as well, have restricted my access to auto-pay to make changes.

Fake reviews for a bad app

The reviews with high ratings are obviously generated. This application does not function. It has notes in it for entering information to include dashes in your account number, and even after you do that it is incorrect. If you try to register your account, it says one exists already , if you try to reset your password with the same account, it just errors out. Basic applications that they teach you to code in high school can handle input formatting. I would be very careful entering payment information into anything this poorly written because I doubt it is secure.

Payment portal works when it wants to

Continued to receive decline notifications, took 5 times to process the payment finally. Same debit card.

The app and the website are both not user-friendly not intuitive and hard to navigate

Advice

Put a pay now button on the front page. I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot on how to pay my bill for an app supposedly making it easier.

Don’t miss the lines

I remember them long lines at the water office don’t miss them.Hopefully everyone employed kept their job. God bless

This app is unnecessarily cumbersome to navigate.

Missing info

The app is missing the required schedule for irrigation. Seems like an important piece of info. Keeps them from being a 5

I was told by the tech that he thinks I have a water leak and that I could check it on here and it’s not showing anything

AUTOPAY WONT DELETE. FIX IT

I have been charged after i closed my account (balance was 0) even though i tried erasing my auto payment via this app. I even called and the person on the line couldn’t figure out how to delete. THE TRASH CAN FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK.
Now i have to call to get my money back since i have a credit on this closed account.

A perfect tool, I look at it at least once a month

Probably one of the most useful sections of this tool is the usage feature. I was able to identify leakage in the line from the street to the house that otherwise I would not have even thought of. In addition, it allows me to identify usage by individual zones in my irrigation system. And the word, I have become better water wise.

Bill

I paid my bill and it took it out of my bank account but it’s not showing on my app that it’s been paid

Problems submitting

For three consecutive months I have gone through the app to pay my water bill. Each month the system has had a problem with my payment. First it would not accept my account number that I was reading off of my paper bill. Next it would not recognize my phone number. Finally, today it said I had incorrect payment information. I hand entered all the information and double checked each line of information.

Auto enroll changes are impossible

Auto enroll changes for billing is impossible on the app and customer service isn’t able to help with auto pay enrollment. How do you expect us to pay the water bill if the system doesn’t allow updates for new payment information??? Beyond frustrating I just want to make sure my bills are paid! This is such a hassle and waste of time.

Update?

I'm trying to pay my bill and it tells me to update the app. It takes me to the App Store but it only says OPEN, not UPDATE. Perpetual loop!
