Not as good as it used to be even.

This is the worst app. Didn’t save my info from before the upgrade. Made me retype everything because they were too lazy to add auto input like other apps. Then had to guess at which of the results was my provider until I “got it right”. Stupid.

Thankful

Thankful for all those that are still working to restore power. Prayers to all those hanging in there.

Waste of Time

Does Not Work When You Need It Most

The download for this app is huge. Worse yet, it does not work when you need critically important information. It is slow in bringing up chat with a service teams. The outage maps are slow if not impossible to load using cellular accounts…when home WiFi has no power. You’d think that Oncor would have made the app lean and functional for times when power is out and demand is high. But they’re a government-backed monopoly with no incentive to serve the end users. Poor performing. Don’t bother.

Cannot put in address or retail provider

Tried entering my address and was told to put an address that was part of my energy providers service area. I think I know where I live and I think I know who provides my energy. Sigh.
