Glitches
Past few months I have to open the app like five times for it to finally pull up. Each time I open it, it scans my faceID twice then it’ll pull up a blank white page. I’ve restarted my phone and checked for updates and there are none. Very frustrating especially when you need into your account.
Unable to utilize mobile check deposit after recent update!
Giving this app one star now that a key feature, mobile check deposit, has been rendered absolutely USELESS with a recent update. I’ve been trying for a week to deposit a check without success. The app will no longer properly capture images. I even called customer service and the rep tried with her own account and had the exact same issue. You line up the four corners of the check in the guides and when it actually captures the image, it captures an image that is zoomed out so far that the numbers on the bottom of the check are illegible. So frustrating. And because I live out of state and not near a partner branch, my only option is to pay an overnight fee to have the check sent to Clarksville to be deposited. I’m super frustrated and about ready to break up with Fortera. I’d have less frustration if I just find a new credit union here.

They always had someone available to help with any questions I had about my loan until it was paid off. Definitely keeping my account with them.
Pending time
Why is it taking so long for my money to stop pending in my account and I’m supposed to get paid the day before my actual pay day it’s 10:54 PM at night two hours before Friday my money should’ve been in my account by 6 PM what is the hold up

New widget for iPhone?
I gave 4 stars because the banking has been awesome I only deducted 1 star because the new iPhone update dropped the Fortera widget so now I can’t quick balance check anymore through widgets. I have to sign into the app every time (I know first world problems)! It was easier to just check the widget than sign in every time. I hope this will be fixed soon.

Have have told them multiple times when you look at your available balance before using it, it says one thing and then the next business day it changes and then you get charged multiple times overdraft fees you can’t rely on this app and holidays
Disappointed
I just don’t like how transactions I make don’t show up right away and how money I transfer to my account takes days to actually hit it. How can my ONE card be so much better but this is an actual bank.
Good but could be better
It’s needs to have real time updates. Have a feature that shows what your balance is with the pending charges.
Always Freezing
Every time I try to open the app it just sits there on the fortera logo and doesn’t do anything. I’ve restarted my phone deleted the app and reinstalled and it still does the same thing. at the worst times at that!! I never have these issues with navy fed!!!
Safe banking
I have to give praises where praises are due! And you, Fortera, have been on top of your game! Your fraud department has been amazing! They called it, when my card got hacked somehow! And also ask, if it’s me, when it’s being used out of the ordinary! Thank you for having our best interest at heart! 🙏🤩

App will not open
I have been trying to get on the app for a few days now. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesn’t work. Don’t know what else to do. Please fix this asap!!!
Joint Accounts!
Why cant you see joint accounts? If my name is on my account and my son's account I should be able to see his account in my view. How can I help him learn to manage his money and make good decisions if I cant see what he is spending and saving. In addition, I want to open another joint but this flaw has me wanting to take my business elsewhere. Very frustrating! If you need to see joint accounts than your better banking somewhere else
