Report Outage Conveniently and easily report an outage in our service territory by entering your Meter Number or Site ID to begin the process. Current Outages View current outages on our real-time outage map that will update frequently with the latest data, including estimated restoration time, reason and the number of affected customers. Planned Power Outages (PPO) View scheduled outages in our service territory along with relevant information, including start time, estimated restoration time, status, cause and the number of affected customers. Streetlight Repairs Locate streetlights, request repairs and check the repair status. My Account Register and sign in with your own FortisAlberta My Account. Once you're logged in, you'll be able to add and remove sites, view site information, quickly report outages for your site, and review your daily and monthly electricity consumption Project Status If you have a single project with FortisAlberta, check the status of your new or upgraded service.
