Misleading statement - cannot find birthday offer despite I have inputted my birthday month information and subscribed to the direct marketing communication.
Poor experience
Paid, transaction made, no purchase record, no notification showing purchase fail, need to wait 14 days for refund. Poor service, no support, loading time super long for the app, remaining stock value not update. Stupid app.

Poor experience
Very slow, crashes from time to time. It should be seamless and slick, unfortunately it is far from that level needed. Today on the desktop version it is displays “Server Error” in my attempt to offset my poor experience on mobile.
Payment System not working
System froze while taking cc payment. Took customer service 4 hours to confirm order did not go thru. Had to re-order

Rubbish app
This app is full of bugs. After you selected a pickup location and try to submit the order. It indicated that “please select a location”.
It also kept asking for your surname, even after you entered it already.
Fortress need to do a proper testing before rolling out an app like this.
