Bad service all the way around!
I been having this home camera supposedly wireless! Which I never could use it without wires it has to be connected to the wifi router via a cable and it works halfass it losses connection when I’m not at home so I can’t see what’s happening in my home when I’m not there! And a friend of mine has one alike and it does the same exact thing! Just bad experience with this products AVOID THIS BRAND!

Worked great for years but now useless
This app and the infrastructure behind worked great for years with very good support. Then, recently, something changed on their side and it is now a useless app, nothing really works. And do not count on getting any support any more. You will get the standard email saying they are sorry and to contact them but they never ever answer. I ultimately canceled my subscription and deleted the app.

Been using the app for several years then they quit working a week after they took my subscription sent several e mail with no luck oh we do witless now and your cameras no longer work with the update. Yet you still cashed my subscription for multiple cameras for the year till 2022 and your app doesn’t. Work .

Nice
The cameras are nice to view and are not to difficult to set up. It is reassuring to see that everything is ok at home when we are away. Every once in a while a camera will go down for no know reason. Not sure if it is a software problem with my computer or not. For the most part they work well and give nice clear pictures.

It works again
Used to work great. Now it cannot connect to some of my older Foscam cameras. No explanation. They just dropped suppprt. UPDATE. Raising review to 4 stars. After an update my cameras didn’t work. I deleted the app and reinstalled the cameras. They all work again. So it is still the best app for Foscam cameras. Just annoyed that I had to redo everything.
