dont get fossil smart watches its a waste of money
Phone is not functional due to crash of app
App is not working since long time . Hence we can’t connect it time zones of different countries and watch shows absolutely different default time . Waste of money as we can’t set the time manually. Please provide ASAP solutions in Customer Service @Fossil.

Man kann die Uhr zwar auswählen, aber schon der nächste Schritt offenbart, dass hier absolut ohne Verstand gebastelt wurde.
Man soll die Uhr auf die Ladestation legen. Hallo Fossil! Ihr wisst schon, dass die Q Grand nie eine Ladefunktion besaß, sondern halbjährlich dafür ja die Batterie getauscht wird? Dafür habt ihr den Schnellverschluss an der Uhr angebracht.
Fazit: Fossil Uhren kann man nicht lang nutzen. Die Apps ändern sich häufig und sind keinesfalls Abwärtskompatibel:-(

App foi abandonado… muito tempo sem atualização, porém meu Fossil Q continua novo em folha e merecia funcionar em sua totalidade.
Relógio acende e vibra somente quando testado nas configurações. Em uso não notifica nada.

I loved my watch when I first purchased it. Then it began to lose twenty minutes. I could never get it synced. I finally got a newer fossil watch but it also was hard to sync. I decided to try again and bought another new battery today. It won’t go to the correct time . The hands don’t move with the arrows. My contacts won’t come up to pair with notifications: only other apps are available to pair. I’m really sorry I tried and will not buy another fossil hybrid!

Keine Verbindung möglich
App meldet, dass Bluetooth beim Handy nicht eingeschaltet ist (obwohl dies nicht so ist). Daher keine Verbindung zum Fitnesstracker möglich. Sehr schwach!

App doesn’t sync with watch anymore. Hey fossil update the app to work with q watch. I’m sure I’ll get generic response and nothing will ever be accomplished by fossil

Problems with a
Watch stopped and I put in fresh battery but there was no response and watch did not vibrate. Tried a second new battery and still no response. Help!

Awsome watch looks stylish looks modern everything in a watch you look for at an affordable price got mine some time ago I can stay connected 24/7 only thing I would recommend is it’s quite a heavy watch and the buttons dig into my skin but I’ve had it on for so long I’m used to it will definitely upgrade to the new gen soon

Attempted to pair with my Fossil Hybrid Smartphone App and it keeps telling me it can only pair with the “new” Fossil Q app. WHERE IS THIS NEW APP???
Not working
I’ve had the Motion Q tracker since June, 2017. It’s worked great until July 1, 2020. It’s connected, it flashes all the colours but it will not post steps or sleep. I see your last update was four months ago. I think it’s time that it was done again as I can’t get this to work at all☹️
