Scanned the QR code, said it was âdownloadingâ photo is nowhere to be seen in the in app gallery or my camera roll despite granting the access the app prompted for. Useless.

Parc AstĂ©rix, le package de photos numĂ©riques proposĂ© avec Fotosmile est de qualitĂ© mĂ©diocre - rĂ©solution considĂ©rablement rĂ©duite et forte compression : mieux vaut prendre lâoption papier, dommage car lâidĂ©e est bonne et lâergonomie correcte

Worked fine
Just thought Iâd write this as I didnât have any problems using the app. Downloaded it to retrieve a ride photo and video of Red Force at Ferrari Land. It all worked fine, I was able to easily scan the QR code and save the photo and video.
Ne compter pas dessus la qualité est horrible (Europa-Park)
La version téléchargeable est médiocre, rien à voir avec la photo papier.

Doesnât work
We paid for a rollercoaster video at Portaventura, but the app download didnât work and the fotosmile help had to send us the file via online file transfer. It makes one wonder what is the point of the app?
App Easy
Grand Canyon photos not the best in the world, but they are good memories. As far as the App itself goes, easy scan of QR code, auto download of all photos to device. Fast and Simple to use. 5/5

The Q-code from Grand Canyon West wasnât working. OK, fine, it happens. But alternate - downloading from the website - requires you consent to data scraping & agreement to submit to collection of your e-mail & photos for âcommercial purposes.â

Images wonât download, memories ruined
I only received two of the seven images we purchased at the Grand Canton. Once in a lifetime memories dependent on retaining a receipt with a QR code which of course we lost before the images completed the download. Why not offer a text message option for retrieving images? Who expects a tourist to hold on to a receipt to secure their digital photos? This is horrible. I am crushed.
