App Crashes Daily!
Great idea for company payroll and for payroll to charge for different jobs but man is it terrible. Crashes daily and multiple times a week, I’ve lost so many hours due to this application and it needs to be addressed. This is personal livelihoods this app affects and it’s unreal how it’s a continual occurrence. I really wish my company would opt for a better solution or even better go back to paper timesheets. My rant is over, get a better operating system if you realize your application is widely used for multiple companies and employees.

Lost Hours in Pay
The company I work for uses foundation to log and track their employees hours. As a superintendent it is my responsibility submit time for the guys under me. The submitted time then goes to the project manager for approval. There have been several occasions where my submitted time is correct (I take screen shots for proof) and the project manager approves the time only to be shorted come payday. When I double check the submitted time folder and filter the information, only a portion of submitted time went through. On one occasion it completely missed an entire week of submitted time for 12 of my guys.

This app is genuinely so irritating to work with. Always logging me out, not opening, or just crashing every other time. It’s just entirely inconsistent. Doesn’t even deserve a star to begin with.
Stays not working
Constantly not allowing you to log in. Always says authenticating, one of the worst time recording apps to ever exist

Absolute pi$$ poor app… nothing but problems, can’t ever get logged in always crashing, boss always has problems…

This app is very unstable and crashes half the time you use it but we have to because the company is making us.

I’m a second year resi apprentice. I’ve used this app since I started. Did pretty good for the most part but now when I do a timecard it glitches into a timecard I made two months again and it now’s doesn’t save any single timecard I make. I was hoping there’s an update I was missing but it’s been one year since it’s been updated… kind of sad. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP. ITS BEEN ONE YEAR

Absolute trash
Be better than my employer and try this out before rolling it out to everyone. It’s clunky and flat out does not work like it should.
MOST USELESS APP IN THE MARKET
Horrible, time wasting, ridiculous, with a lot of bugs that needs to be fixed. Even cheap Chinese apps working better than this outdated app.

I’m convinced that Foundationsoft makes terrible software to troll people
Surely a software company can’t actually be this incompetent. I think that an eccentric billionaire may have started this company explicitly instructing them to make horrible, truly awful software just to troll anyone insane enough to buy it.

This app is terrible
Hasn’t ever worked on iPhone 14
Worked fine for years until I bought a new phone. Doesn’t work at all now. When I emailed them they said my account manager would be able to assist me. Nope. Assist with what? Can’t even open the app. Immediately crashes after logging in.
Doesn’t work
The app will no longer open. Tech support told me to just use a web browser. So when I told him the app doesn’t work, his response was “yeah it does”. Obviously it doesn’t if I have to use a work around to access it.
Horrible and Out of date
I made a account and each time I open the app it just shuts down immediately. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it to try to fix it Nothing works. No wonder it has horrible reviews. They need to fix the app and give it an update Last update was a year ago.
Worst App
Crashes constantly. Logs you out constantly. Sad they don’t provide updates and fixes.
Lacking functionality
Seriously lacking functionality. Very little to no access to critical record information for upper field management use.
Laggy buggy and not good at all
This app is terrible to deal with. It needs some talented engineers that understand design and user experience. The whole company is very primitive with its technology use. It doesn’t even have an API to connect to other apps.
Horrible
This app is absolutely terrible, I wish my employer would find a better one. It always signs me out, my password never works so always have to do the “forgot password “ option . I write the password down every time and next week I will be signed out and it doesn’t work again. After you submit your time you have no record of it.

Constantly fails
This app is constantly failing. The only reason I use it is because it’s what my job wants us to use for keeping track of time. But the app is constantly deleting recorded time or failing to load when attempting to open.
