Customer support suck
No matter how much you report bullying on the server they don’t resolve anything. Half the time I can’t see any form of characters on the map, zoomed in or out. They don’t encourage fair playing rules so that everyone - big or small - can enjoy the game whilst still experiencing the standards of PvP. We have what feels like too many strong players on our server all combined into one guild so nobody stands a chance. All they suggest is to grow stronger - You can’t grow because your cargo gets destroyed literally every single time. You can’t get enough rss. They attack every rally. So everyone’s just stagnant. And they have blocked everybody so it can’t even be discussed in IC. Quite frankly - allowing head guilds to be this badly behaved is disgusting and I believe there should be set rules for the strongest guilds and head of servers. They look at battle reports and say nothing is wrong - the ratio is so off the scale it is unbelievable and unbearably unbalanced. I know of at least 37 who have quit the game entirely from our server alone and they don’t even care.

Playing this for several months now started off fun but has become repetitive and has lost it’s appeal. I find the events are slightly lack lustre and no drive after 30 to want to continue. Servers seem to die out people leave and servers become very boring. But when starting out Yh it’s fun for a time. I’ve just quit the game now.

PTW and False Ads
Not a bad game, but I joined a brand new server. It’s absolutely ‘pay to win.’ People in the chat bragging about spending $300-$3000 on the game as soon as it starts. As they’re from other servers and know how to stay ahead. Became incredibly repetitive and boring. The advertisements are also completely false. Looks and plays NOTHING like the ads.

The advertisement lies
The ad for this game is just a made up fantasy and bears no relationship to the real game. Which sucks, because the game itself is actually good. I really doesn’t need lies to sell it
