I just got a new account with FCCB and so far I have been very satisfied with this bank, it's workers and this APP. Just like anything else it has its Pros and Cons but Pros over come the cons here! I love the in-house counter help and not just a ATM to do business they have more then enough workers there to help with what ever help you need and if the person helping you don't know they well go till they find someone and get you the help you need. Very professional people hey are. The APP still getting use to it (I know and updated version is coming up) I love how secure everything is and they help you with setting it up and not just all online! Great Bank! Great People!

Was good
Up until a few days ago it worked fine now it just shows a white screen after loading to go to the login screen.
App won’t load
I can’t access anything. It’s unfortunate how much I need to use this app, and the android app works just fine. Switched to an iPhone and just like the other reviews said, it won’t even load past the first screen. I wish they’d fix it.
Needs fixing
This app has locked me out of my account numerous times for no reason
App won’t even load
For more than a month, even with the updates, I can’t get the app to load on my phone. My husband has no issues in his. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, and still nothing.
Current version does not work
App launches and just hangs at a logo screen. Never logs in or prompts for credentials.
