Completely useless
I’m a freight broker and this app is the bane of my existence it’s so awful. I can only load the tracking data for one load on mobile app and then the entire app crashes anytime I go to load the tracking map or update info on any other loads. Also their other app CarrierLink is so awful as well for drivers. Drivers hate it compared to macropoint and it requires a multi step instruction sheet just to get drivers to understand how to use it. Even with that, half the time it drops tracking mid load. I’ll run macropoint at the same time and it never drops tracking. Don’t have to send any instructions to drivers for macropoint either it’s so easy for them to us compare to this garbage. This company is complete junk!!!!!

App Closes When Trying to Check the tracking pins on the map route
Not sure what happen but I updates the app and now for no reason the app closes if I click on seen the map pins or if I trying to see the stops and just the notes when the trip load has been assigned. Please help me with this issue.
Filter
The filter doesn’t work. Every time I try to filter to a specific shipper the app closes automatically before I can even finish putting the shippers name in the filter. Then I have to reopen the app to use it.

What happened
App was working for most of the summer, but now it only shows out stop, not any others so we can’t tell where it is. It also barely ever is actually tracking the truck, it’s either not showing at all. Or it shows it zig zagging across a state, and sometimes in the ocean. Please fix
