Filter

The filter doesn’t work. Every time I try to filter to a specific shipper the app closes automatically before I can even finish putting the shippers name in the filter. Then I have to reopen the app to use it.

What happened

App was working for most of the summer, but now it only shows out stop, not any others so we can’t tell where it is. It also barely ever is actually tracking the truck, it’s either not showing at all. Or it shows it zig zagging across a state, and sometimes in the ocean. Please fix

Harder to read stops

The last update too all the stops off the route except for yours. Now it looks like there is only one stop when there could be two or more stops on that route. Makes it harder to predicted when a a shipment will arrive.

Notifications do not work

The app is ok, not great. When trying to set up notifications, when you click “notifications” on the sidebar panel, it asks if you want to log out. This has been an issue for a long time. The app also randomly crashes when trying to open it sometimes, but that seems to happen far less than it used to.

App Crashes-Can’t Even Open

This app used to work fine until a couple weeks ago when an update occurred. Now I can not even get the app to open. This is really frustrating because the website is not mobile friendly and without my laptop I am now unable to assign tracking to my loads.

Recent update causing crashing issue

Most recent update is constantly crashing when trying to open app. Eventually it will launch but takes anywhere from 5-20 attempts to launch

Garbage

The app is pretty good but the “visibility” they are selling is not real. Save your money and save your time. You’ll get better data with honing pidgins and smoke signals.

Only thing that’s accurate is the map

Tracking eta is incorrect and always shows the ETA for the next stop not for your stop. Also does not show the scheduled appointment time.

No maps

When I open the route it says no maps available. It’s with every update something always goes wrong for IOS I use this for work to track my trucks and are unable to see where they are. Fix ASAP
