This app has poor compatibility with other programs, frequently freezes, and changes with scheduling in app sometimes take hours or days to process. Some features such as advancing the schedule for viewing and forwarding a schedule to the next week are helpful. However, the negatives far outweigh the positives.

Active case NOT opening
The active case list does not open anymore when switched to SLC Lead page. it just exits the app instead.
Slow, poor synchronization, another hoop
I get the concept of visit verification but this app just tries to be and do too much. It also has a confusing integration with Raintree. Sometimes appointments sync, most often they don’t for several hours. It needs a faster “arrival” process for quicker verification of a visit. Also, why not create an Apple Watch app for arrivals too? So many apps are poorly integrated across all platforms.

Slow speed and always not working
App is slow and always seems to not be working. Very frustrating. It’s not consistent.
