Active case NOT opening
The active case list does not open anymore when switched to SLC Lead page. it just exits the app instead.
Slow, poor synchronization, another hoop
I get the concept of visit verification but this app just tries to be and do too much. It also has a confusing integration with Raintree. Sometimes appointments sync, most often they don’t for several hours. It needs a faster “arrival” process for quicker verification of a visit. Also, why not create an Apple Watch app for arrivals too? So many apps are poorly integrated across all platforms.

Slow speed and always not working
App is slow and always seems to not be working. Very frustrating. It’s not consistent.

Recently speed has been slow when scheduling appts and also verifying appts.
Pin locations are not always accurate especially when patients lives in a large condo community, making visit verifications hard

Constant Issues
This app has constant issues. It makes things much more difficult than they need to be. If I can make it through a week without this app giving me a headache I consider it a phenomenal week.
