App won’t let login, it’s garbage.
I am using the login credentials that works on the website, but it’s not working on the app.
Useless
None of my flights or the flight information ever popped up on my screen. I only received emails with the information.
Won’t let me sign in
I tried to sign in. I got the email and tried to use the password. It just keeps telling me I am wrong. Obviously my email is correct since it is sending the password to my email and I am copying and pasting the password. Tried it three times. No luck. Absolutely useless.

I go to register a new account. Says check my email to verify it. Click the verify link and it brings me back to registering saying “unknown traveler”. I try the secondary link and same issue.

Unable to login/register
I have been going in loops for a few weeks trying to log in to no avail. It asks for the email, then send a “password” to use on initial login but the system doesn’t accept the password given. Unfortunately the system never accepts the credentials regardless of repeated attempts and keeps going back in circles. I even spoke with Fox World travel representative and I was told to speak with my company travel manager… Well, my company doesn’t have a dedicated travel neither use Concur for travel profiles… what’s more is that I am one of two people who book trips for myself and others.
Unfortunately I’m disappointed in the app and the lack of support. If anyone from Fox can help me figure this out, I will gladly edit my review.

Not good but, maybe…
Used it multiple times. Trips don’t show up till the last minute, if ever. Text Notifications don’t work. Not sure that’s a part of the app. Sent emails to support and no response. I’m a dev and I’d say it’s not good… BUT, to be fair, it might not be the app. It could be something my company is doing wrong when they book trips. I’d be happy to alter this review if I find out(if I can)

No functionality
I have an itenary through my company and clicked the link to register and install the app only for my travel info to not show up. Have both a flight and a hotel, and neither is showing up. There’s also zero way to add itenaries through confirmation codes or any other means.

Very slow service more than 90 min on line

Seems like a good idea
But how to log in. Gone round robin 3 or 4 times to set up acct verify email have magic code texted to verify phone, back and forth between laptop and phone. Am I to use email as user name? WTH??
I’m sure once it is set up it will be useful. Maybe I need midnight to pass after making acct for servers to reset. Right now I’m just frustrated.
