Very confusing…
I got this cologne I’ve been waiting to get and after I realized I had put the wrong adress in I went to go and look at my order to change it, turns out I apparently never bought anything because I was definitely was charged. I then kept trying different things and eventually tried to cancel, said I did but never got my money back. These other people buying are lucky, be aware of this app!!

There’s so many issues with the app and their business model. I’ve had repeated errors when trying to pay on several occasions with each error charging my card and end up just using the webpage. They don’t allow the ability to use a gift debit card and then pay off the remaining balance on another card. Their gift cards don’t allow you take advantage of discounts so you are now stuck having to pay their full suggested retail price which is ridiculous compared to other retail discounters. They have very limited selection compared to competitors. There’s no ability to save or favorite any products. Numerous times I’ve payed for items that were “in stock” just to be told that they’re not after paying overnight shipping which isn’t refunded. Mind you that I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company. There’s better and more reliable sites out there. I’m now only using them as a last resort if other retailers don’t have the product in stock.
