Horrible experience
I’ve only ordered from them once after hearing a friend brag about their deals, but I won’t be doing it again. I got no confirmation email, nothing about delivery-nothing. So now I’m on the app & trying to look up the order number & it supposedly doesn’t exist. But my card was charged. Never again.
Do NOT order from here!
I’ve ordered an item a couple of weeks ago. Every day it keeps saying that they attempted to deliver and will try again the next day. My shipping address is correct and not once has anyone arrived at my home or attempted to knock. I’ve reached out to customer support about this and no one has responded. Waste of money.

I’ve been buying from here since I found this app I always get my order and I never had to return anything so I don’t have any input with that area, the only thing I was angry about it that I can’t get any more issey miyake leau dissent pure .. other than that I’ve always gotten my order .

Just an Amazing experience and purchase with Fragrance Net, I made my first ever purchase , EASY AND QUICK. Had one issue on my side, Resolved, And I also had one Return, Easy and Quick Straight Forward Process. Funds Returned once they received unopened cologne I didn’t like after smelling at a store. Shop here instead of any retail store , unless they have a better deal obviously. Fragrance Net Was Amazing. Definitely shopping here again. R.A.

More delivery options
Good deals, everything is authentic. The company they partnered with to deliver the products (OnTrac) STINKS had a package delivered to my Job and the delivery person didn’t even bother to let an employee know what he was doing. He just plopped it on the floor on the corner took a picture and left didn’t say a word. Second time a package was just set in the open anyone could’ve taken it. I’m lucky enough to have grabbed it in time but what about all the people who aren’t? They need to allow us to pick USPS or FEDEX or something ya know ACTUAL PROFESSIONALS

First Impressions
My first order was successful! All fragrances arrived on time tracking was fine no issues whatsoever, my only critiques I guess is I would like to be able to follow or favorite brands maybe its just bc im lazy and dont want to type out these names every time lol but overall its been good a few brands I couldn’t get (mykonos specifically) but not too big of a deal UI feels a bit dated but still overall great!

Love prices and large inventory and shipping is very quick. App can be clunky and I hate they do not have a favorites like other sites. If they did would give 5 stars.

It would be helpful if half the screen wasn’t a huge black box about the monthly subscription ! I can’t even look at what you are selling because half the screen is unusable 😡
Broken app/website
Both the app and the website suck. The web page just freezes. The app would not apply the coupon code. It just keeps redirecting to the sign-up page. I was ready to buy. Now I’m ready to shop somewhere else.

Don’t buy perfume from this app. They are selling fake alcohol mixture. Smell Nothing like perfume. I spent more than $180 on cologne that I buy a macys at $235. I thought it was a good deal that I was getting. Nothing I spray alcohol mixture with no perfume sent on me. This is a scam website
Great Company
Underrated gem. Not sure why there’s less than a thousand reviews. Most negative reviews complain about the app (they also have a website), but not things like getting scammed or the like. I’ve never had any problems ordering. Once, hair product spilled in box; I took a pic, and they replied in a friendly manner and gave me a full refund (actually was able to salvage much of the free product from the cracked bottle). Look for 36% off codes and use them. Huge selection of self care products, not limited to colognes. Compare price to Macy’s - certain colognes are marked up too high, but there are many great deals to be had!

Does not work on iPhone 14
Iv tried several times to load in or make an account. I have an online account but this ap does not work. I can login on the web. This keeps saying not found and the screen is frozen. I put in my info log in does not work does nothing tryed making a new account still won’t let me do anything. Oh well online it is.
