Clunky app,
This website has been around for a while but they don’t really do any maintenance. I placed an order, my money was taken and the items were still sitting there like nothing happened. Very inconvenient situation because I was trying to buy some cologne and I had to stop and start calling my bank. Very pathetic situation. Never buying from this website ever again!

This is the best place for fragrances everything is Authentic this place helped me with my huge cologne collection from Prada to Armani you can’t go wrong here also you have to check out the stores they have in NYC you can test everything before you buy it highly recommended ..
Very confusing…
I got this cologne I’ve been waiting to get and after I realized I had put the wrong adress in I went to go and look at my order to change it, turns out I apparently never bought anything because I was definitely was charged. I then kept trying different things and eventually tried to cancel, said I did but never got my money back. These other people buying are lucky, be aware of this app!!

Just use the Website
There’s so many issues with the app and their business model. I’ve had repeated errors when trying to pay on several occasions with each error charging my card and end up just using the webpage. They don’t allow the ability to use a gift debit card and then pay off the remaining balance on another card. Their gift cards don’t allow you take advantage of discounts so you are now stuck having to pay their full suggested retail price which is ridiculous compared to other retail discounters. They have very limited selection compared to competitors. There’s no ability to save or favorite any products. Numerous times I’ve payed for items that were “in stock” just to be told that they’re not after paying overnight shipping which isn’t refunded. Mind you that I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company. There’s better and more reliable sites out there. I’m now only using them as a last resort if other retailers don’t have the product in stock.

Horrible experience
I’ve only ordered from them once after hearing a friend brag about their deals, but I won’t be doing it again. I got no confirmation email, nothing about delivery-nothing. So now I’m on the app & trying to look up the order number & it supposedly doesn’t exist. But my card was charged. Never again.
Do NOT order from here!
I’ve ordered an item a couple of weeks ago. Every day it keeps saying that they attempted to deliver and will try again the next day. My shipping address is correct and not once has anyone arrived at my home or attempted to knock. I’ve reached out to customer support about this and no one has responded. Waste of money.
