The customer service has to be the worst. I have been attempting to withdraw since last week Friday. I was being sent to a chatbot that did not understand the issue before I eventually led to the WhatsApp line. I got help from the agent who was as helpful as chat box. Yoh Yoh I am so defeated. I was ignored on WhatsApp I go to Franc then I’m told to not speak to them on two platforms. So where do I get help. Ngathi im begging for my money sana . I’m begging for my money 😭😭😭😭

It’s great app and easy to work with and seeing my money grow everyday encourages me to continue to leave my money on the Franc app and not to mention the interests I get every month ☺️ it’s amazing.
I Can’t believe this
I’ve been using Franc for about a year and was enjoying it when making deposits but now that I am wanting to withdraw a large sum of money it’s taking such a long time just to transfer money within a goal and it said it would take 3-5 days. It’s been 5 days now and it’s still “processing”! On top of that everyday I go into the account the amount of money I have left dropped little by little! Im gonna withdraw it all because of this!

I love the fact that you can watch your savings grow in real time. The app is easy to use and simple to understand. It does take a while for the funds to reflect, but the moment it does, your money is instantly invested.
