The customer service has to be the worst. I have been attempting to withdraw since last week Friday. I was being sent to a chatbot that did not understand the issue before I eventually led to the WhatsApp line. I got help from the agent who was as helpful as chat box. Yoh Yoh I am so defeated. I was ignored on WhatsApp I go to Franc then I’m told to not speak to them on two platforms. So where do I get help. Ngathi im begging for my money sana . I’m begging for my money 😭😭😭😭

It’s great app and easy to work with and seeing my money grow everyday encourages me to continue to leave my money on the Franc app and not to mention the interests I get every month ☺️ it’s amazing.
I Can’t believe this
I’ve been using Franc for about a year and was enjoying it when making deposits but now that I am wanting to withdraw a large sum of money it’s taking such a long time just to transfer money within a goal and it said it would take 3-5 days. It’s been 5 days now and it’s still “processing”! On top of that everyday I go into the account the amount of money I have left dropped little by little! Im gonna withdraw it all because of this!

I love the fact that you can watch your savings grow in real time. The app is easy to use and simple to understand. It does take a while for the funds to reflect, but the moment it does, your money is instantly invested.

Easiest way to save!
I have used Franc for almost four years and have been super impressed by my ability to save, mostly thanks to this app and the information they share. The app is user-friendly and depositing and withdrawing money is quick and easy.
Excellent Communication and functionality
I downloaded the Franc Investment App last year and I must say that it is the most convenient and safe investment platform. The withdrawal process is smooth and the money will be in the account exactly on the date stated, if I experience any technical difficulties the team is quick on response and resolving an issue. My money is safe with Franc, no anxiety whatsoever. I just regret not joining the Franc family sooner however I am here now and happy. Go Franc, Go!! Love it here.

Be careful of all the hidden fees
This app seems simple and user-friendly, but there are hidden fees and limits. They have withdrawal limits within a ‘goal’ and charge for transferring money within the same goal. I had to add more money just to meet the minimum withdrawal, only to lose it to fees. I’m still unable to close my account because I need a specific balance to transfer and withdraw everything. Support has been unhelpful, repeating the same advice that the app won’t allow me to follow.

User friendly app
The franc app is by far the best I have used for investing . It is user friendly including the beginners and it categorises your goals to short, mid and long term which encourages you fulfil your goal and have a clear direction for each goal. The withdrawal process is very simple and it happens at a blink of an eye, you are allowed to withdraw just how much you need and leave the rest to continue investing so yeeeeey. I would encourage anyone to join franc app if they are looking for an easy legit platform to invest on.

App is very convenient. Great for keeping money separate from your bank.
The investment fees however are high looking at transactions and when investing conservatively it takes from your investment value. Will get better nett returns from bank savings. Have not tried investing in more aggressive funds in the long term. Allan Gray is a great asset manager with adequate funds.

Overall convenient app for beginners
It’s a really convenient app - works well and is a good start for beginners. I am a beginner but I have done my research and in my opinion the fees are high and many. They charge 1% per year which is taken on a monthly basis excluding brokerage and transaction costs . You have a better chance of growing your money (especially if it’s not much) on other platforms such as Easy Equities but the issue there is you manage your own investments but you can put your own money in a Satrix40 or Allan Gray Cash Fund.

Rubbish app
Rubbish app. Has too many bugs. Money takes too long to be processed and withdrawn + the fees to make the process quicker are higher compared to other apps like SatrixNow. Franc wanted to charge me R40 to make the process faster but on SatrixNow they only charge 0.2%
This app is clearly still in its developmental stage. I suggest finding somewhere better to put your money until they get their act together and fix their bugs

University Fees
I started saving on Franc recently because a friend of mine advised me to and from what I could see the rates are competitive. The little that I put in already has interest, I am psyched to increase my capital🥂 to happy saving.
