Very convenient

Account setup was a bit bumpy but UI is intuitive and elegant, the services offered are hard to find from other banks

Finally an online bank for French expats

This app is only for French people who needs a French bank account. This is the only online bank that will allow French people living abroad to get a French bank account and « RIB ». I love it thank you!

Finally!

This actually works! I found out about FrancePay through an article in Lesfrancais.press, which I consider a legit source. After closing my French bank account when I first moved to the US, I have been systematically denied in the last 10+ years re-opening one, as a ‘US person’. Finally, I now have an IBAN I can use for automatic payment for my bills in France! Thank you!

DO NOT USE!

There is no info on which bank backs this and there is no physical contact points like a phone number. French law is strict on this and other points not offered. I can’t say it’s a scam but no financial service provider in France will operate with this type of setup and has to clearly on their site and apps mention who the parent bank is. I believe it’s BPCE Groupe from my research. They need to be clear to assure customers. Untill then, I would be cautious to supply any personal info.

Sir, The banking application is approved by the Bank of France. The funds are managed by the BPCE group as indicated on the website. The physical address as our phone number is available on the site, we are even reachable by whatsapp or Facebook. We are at your disposal for any further information.

Terrible App

No customer service available, no possibility to report problem even though they have collected all your confidential information. Apple should be more careful with the financial app that they allow and collect SSN #. That’s a scam.
