Can’t log in
Was logged and then told to update the app. Now the app no longer recognises my email for logging in or password reset. Contacted support multiple times and they can’t fix it. Had a free pizza expire because of this.

Poor software and poor costumer service
I got 6 stamps and now I cannot sign in to collect my free pizza. I cannot even reset the password. The never accept the student discount even if the location in o. The participant units lost. But they will charge you full service charge without even asking if you were satisfied by the service provided.

No longer works
Has worked usually, now not letting me log in and reset password function asks me to input email but only the keypad (numbers) is available. No longer able to use it.

Bad UI design and it logged me out and now I lost my rewards, went to reset password it said enter email yet all I could type was numbers

Confusing and difficult to use with numerous inputs to login and gain stamps. A real pain!

Codes expire
Not so much about the app, but there’s no mention of it on the receipt that codes expire after a month. Went to put in 6 codes from receipts last month to find they’re useless.

Funny how the app no longer works once I’ve collected enough points for a free meal…. What a con!

Registration experience is miserable
You can’t order a pizza online or through the app without creating an account (there is no guest checkout option), and I tried for 30 minutes to create an account without success. Two factor authentication is forced based on your cell phone. My phone line is based in the US, and tried every way of entering my number using country code and never did receive the login code.

Broken app
Had this app for years. Stopped working. Couldn’t do anything to get it to open. Have lost all my stamps as decided to delete the app and download again but still won’t open at all. Very frustrating. No FM app at all anymore.
Redundant time wasting app
Have wasted too much of my, mine and staff time on multiple visits trying to get stamps - and it’s never worked.

Doesn't work in Southampton restaurant
Writing this in the Southampton restaurant. Downloaded the app a few weeks ago to use the Jan voucher pizza for £5. Have arrived at the restaurant with my partner and neither of us have been able to open the app. All other apps work, internet connection is fine and we have 5G signal. This app is a data collection scam - do not use. We will now have to pay full price for a pizza despite the promise of being able to get them for £5. Not happy and will be deleting the app. Will also be complaining to the Information Commissioners Office for illegal data capture.
