Absolutely worthless app. Just as bad as their website that appears to be from 1990. Nothing ever works had to call my agent to get my id cards.
Face ID
I’d like it better if it had Face ID to login.
Why bother?
Basically you can do nothing except pay your bill on this app. Policies don’t show up, cannot access cards, and any attempt to fix just takes you into the website which defeats the purpose of having an app. Called in to get help and am always sent to voicemail.
Pretty good but needs better login
I like the simplicity of the app but it would be really helpful if you changed the ability of the login to use Face ID or save my password so I don’t need to search my password safe every time I login for the Fmins credentials.

Paying my bill was quick and easy. I absolutely love having my Auto ID cards available without logging in. Not only can I see my auto policy limits and deductibles, but also my home and umbrella policy details, too. Well done! What a great extension of their policyholder services online website.

Great app
This is a great way to keep track of my insurance policy instead of digging it out of a file cabinet. The pay my bill feature is very nice!
