Worst app ever
Slow to load, slow to provide information. Very hard to login. Hire a developer who knows how to use AI and develop a real app!
Clunky and slow
Requires 2 factor authentication via email code to login , which is very slow and ineffective in the real world. I was stranded with a flat tire in an area with poor cell service and couldn’t login to access roadside assistance information because I could t receive the email verification code.
Worst app ever
Takes a laughably long time to load, even if you’re on WiFi. I’ve had my username and password saved on the app for several years, and in the past few months, logging in to the app has become increasingly difficult. This month, it just straight up wouldn’t let me login. I try to login using face ID and my SAVED info, it tells me my login failed. Enter the info manually? Failed. I tried going the route of changing my password, and it doesn’t recognize my email I’ve had long before Hanover was my insurance company. Mind you they’ve been great to me over the 14 years I’ve had them, but this app being so hilariously inept makes me want to shop around for a new provider. That’s how bad this app is. I had to CALL IN my payment this month and eat the credit card fee, because I had no other option.

it works but not as good as other insurance apps. 2fa should use text and not email verification as its slowwwww if the email arrives. app also looks very dated compared to other insurance apps. but as mentioned it works.
