it works but not as good as other insurance apps. 2fa should use text and not email verification as its slowwwww if the email arrives. app also looks very dated compared to other insurance apps. but as mentioned it works.

This app is poorly configured or something. Half the time you don’t receive the code or it takes longer than it should to send. The app doesn’t do the best with loading and there’s always an “unexpected” error. This app needs to go through a major upgrade.

It’s a big waste of time for the insuree. Having to sign in and remember password and username. Go back to the original way where we can actually talk to The insurance agent!

This app is ridiculous. It takes forever to load and sometimes nothing even happens. Not to mention the process just to log on takes forever! At this point I might as well just try to call and talk to a human.

The app is terrible, depending on where you look you have 3 different amounts due, and it takes a long time to update or refresh. The auto pay feature is not great either. Literally want to change insurance just because the app. I will not use them again.

Nothing on this app works well or loads quickly. I hope they fire whoever built it and start over. This app is so bad that I’m changing insurances and would pay more not to use it.
Garbage app
I’m afraid this app is nothing but a waste of time. It’s an error message gated by a login experience, like a bridge to nowhere. Save your valuable time and use Hanover’s website instead.
Needs a total overhaul
It keeps telling me there is an update available. It was already updated 5 days ago . Hard to maneuver .
Awesome for 2005
Invest in your IT, seriously. I have to check my email to get an authentication code, doesn’t even give you the option to text. Nobody responds when you ask for support. Pathetic.
Garbage app
Slow, confusing interface. I try to set up recurring EFTs for my different policies, but have only successfully done it for one of my 3. Doesn’t alert me until cancellation is threatened that I need to pay. Absolutely awful customer experience

I have been trying unsuccessfully to update my profile so my two factor authentication can be done via text message. All I get is the never ending wheel turning. I literally have not been able to log in for the last two weeks. Again, the slowly turning wheel. What the heck Hanover??
