Update application required information
As the previous review, I also experienced where my information is giving , then pay for an application fee and everything is approved. At the end of the process is where you are told that the service is not available in your area. You are given a list of locations. This is a rip off because FRAYT knows already before what area’s they are servicing. Location availability should be good before application fee. I want my money back.

I’ve been driving with FRAYT for 2 months now, I really enjoy it, but, up until now I could log in and now it won’t let me , I’ve emailed the office 10 times and keep getting the same response which isn’t helping , I’m losing money because I can’t log back in, Invalid Credentials, what is that???? I’m so frustrated, I need help. Also there’s literally a city right next to me and the app always says no Match, how I can drive their in 10 minutes, UGH.

Asking for Background check twice??
After going through the WHOLE process of submitting my personal info, details of my car, and paying for the background check a month ago, now they’re asking me to pay for another background a month later??? Don’t waste your time with this app!!

I JUST read a comment that said you guys updated the app to be able to see if your city has any availability BEFORE signing all info and it does not. That comment was left a year ago so I would definitely think by now enough people complained about that in order to change that.
Please fix bugs
This app will let you put all of your information in and when you tryTo put all the information of your vehicles it is a slight glitch where you can’t put year an update app is slow

Worst when it comes to respect and consideration..entire staff needs to go to training for proper job etiquette skills..show favoritism..rigged the jobs..management is dishonest…just need to restart and start from scratch…just horrible…horrible customer service…
Great App in my opinion.
I’ve been with Frayt for almost half year. I personally think this company is great to work with. The app could sometimes be glitchy if you know how to navigate it correctly though. Other than that I like Frayt. I do have to say their isn’t much demand with Frayt in my market place, but when when I do see an order release I would snatch it right away as their pay is always decent. Unlike other last mile delivery app Frayt’s customers service is right there when you need by touch of a button.
Overall, I really would give this company a 10/10 just hope that they would be more frequent with orders if that would be the case this company would be my priority for last mile delivery as a driver :)

I don’t get this app when you applying/ signing up when you creat your password and sign with your finger then agree to terms and press next it says can’t move on with leaving vehicle blank when it’s not even giving you a option to fill out and vehicle info. Just trash

Bots are snatching jobs!
No sooner than a notification pop ups on my phone. You click it and the job has apparently been accepted by another drive. How? So fast! Even when I’m in the app and receive a notification, the job is gone. Not sure what this is about but I haven been able to grab not one job.
Drivers nightmare
The only problem I have with the app is that you send out a job alert and within a nano second the job is gone. All other freight apps give you a delay or timer to respond. I can’t get any faster than a nanosecond. The way the jobs are distributed is flawed on the app.
Background check scam
Just like the other review from users regarding the Background Check ($35), it’s a scam. This joke of a company should let you know if you are eligible first and if there is work available in my area. I’m not chancing paying the $35 fee, no other courier service does this. Simply a scam, next.
Credit card information?
You need my credit card information to see if I’m eligible to work for an app? There’s tons of delivery apps, none of them ask for my credit card to charge me. The drivers should know before giving a credit card number, if their area is available and if it’s already saturated with drivers…

Getting booked
Don’t even waste your time trying to get jobs on this app. It’s very hard to book anything because so many others get notification before you. It’s very frustrating.

I need my $40 background checks back cause this is a scam cause if 1000 people pay $40 (non refundable as they said) for the background check just guess how much free money they gets from people ? $40k free !?
Stay away from this app
The sign up process is trashed. There is background fee, and a guy name Jesus L keep sending e-mail and texting you to ask for your Social security card Picture so they can run a background check even though you gave them your social security number. This people look like they are selling people information. This app looks suspicious to me.
