Values and kindness matter

I have not made a purchase from this boutique, despite their frequent specials and sales. After months of watching pieces of their live sales, I finally made the decision to delete the app from my phone because of my own conviction over concerns with how the owners conduct themselves during live sales. The use of foul language, rude remarks and mocking of customers does not reflect the kind of business I feel comfortable supporting.
As a Christian and business professional, I value kindness, humility, humbleness and respect. I choose to spend my money with companies that align with those values, even if it means paying more elsewhere.

Exceptional customer service

I emailed at 10:04pm on a Sunday asking to swap a color and I received a response with the swap just 10 minutes later from a real human person. I’ve been shopping here since they opened and truly continue to be impressed!

Wasn’t receiving packages

NOT A FAN!!! Customer service was not giving great service. They would not ship by another carrier after many messages that Amazon was not delivering my packages to me and I was treated like a criminal since I had purchased Seel and had claims and they canceled my account!!!

Love Freckled Poppy

I bought some jeans from FP and thought I might get one or two pair that fit out of 4. All 4 fit PERFECT. I have teen daughters that are all close in size to me, but we all have different shaped bodies. They fit all of them too! They loved them so much I shared and bought more. I will be a repeat customer.

Alex is entitled and condescending on lives

I wouldn’t give money to this company. The owner is fake and so rude to people on lives. For some reason, so many women are obsessed with her and kiss her butt while throwing money at her. It’s weird.

Shopping since 2019 and still going strong 💪🏽

First of all, Alex and Matty sure do know how to put on a good show! What cha see is what cha get! Real and Raw with THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THATS WHAT CHA GET!❤️❤️

Terrible Experience

I was new, and didn’t know that they were changing software or whatever, I was just looking for holiday deals, so I bought a lot and had free shipping than there website went down so I emailed them when they came back up and ask could I have my free shipping back and said No, no fault of mine. It’s was theirs so I will never spend another dime there. Also the guy in one of his lives he was drinking a beer I thought his words were a little slurred but I could be wrong

App with HSN Feels

While the products available seem to be nice, I kinda hate the way this app is laid out. They have these live streams selling items, so it’s a very Home Shopping Network kind of vibe. It’s super tacky and kind of gross to be honest. Since this company has these live streams and are continuously adding new products, they create this inflated demand by shortening the supply with a lack of inventory. Though I do understand the psychology behind it, trying to get people to buy stuff via FOMO. In this economy, it feels kind of predatory.
I have not actually purchased anything yet, since they never have my size in multiple items at the same time. I also wish the search functionality was better. Right now you can only search by size, which doesn’t have help at all since everything pretty much comes in every size. It would be better to be able to filter by item type, or exclude different items/styles in search results.

DO BETTER, ALEX!

I used to think that Freckled Poppy was the best place to shop until I got more familiar with the boutique world. First of all, even with their “cash back” they are still one of the most expensive out there. Alex, the owner is so mean and passive aggressive. Mean girl vibes for sure. The money she’s made has gone straight to her head (LITERALLY). The way you act is embarrassing and you should be ashamed of yourself. You’re not a celebrity, BooBear! Take the advice you give to your kids. DO BETTER!

Just DON'T!

The clothes are cute but the notifications are absolutely endless. Use their website instead.

Terrible owners, quality and shipping

The owner, Alex is snarky and rude. How can you be rude to people that are spending money many are just simply asking questions. Her little minions in the comments jump in immediately and start slamming you. Their website says they ship in 3 to 4 days but it’s really like 3 to 4 weeks. EVERY SINGLE ITEM she sells can be found CHEAPER elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time!

Shipping is slow, prices are substantially higher than other online boutiques and you won’t get scolded and mistreated by the owner.

Average Joe can’t afford these prices for sure

I have been ordering things from FP over the past year. I also encouraged my friends to try JB on, bc that’s all the rage. I realize that NOTHING it’s full proof when shipping. I had several boxes open that were busted open, my UPS guy even came back after his run to see if a random item might be mine, it was. On three separate shipments the boxes either did not contain everything that the packing list said …and so on. I reached out to Custmer Service and I was told they would follow up with UPS and let me . Then informed me that once it left their warehouse, it’s on the carrier and the customer to work it out. NP, I reached out to UPS regarding status and UPS sent the credit to account (that should have gone to me, FP got it. I inquired once again to FP and was basically told like it or lump it what I ordered was no longer available, so a STORE CREDIT was given. I notice from time to time, they will give an item for sale (LV bag, GUCCI, vacuum cleaners, $ in back pockets. When I inquired about who won giveaways Alex informed me a very hateful tone change in body stance and she said “Tina that’s done in our warehouse, we do t list names and you need to go back to the FBP to see who posted about their winnings”. Ok NP I spent hours upon hours to see if anyone reported receiving $$ in pockets or the various other high end gifts posted. NOT A THING!! It’s that just a little off?? I mean if I will $5 at bingo it’s going to be a highlife of my years and noted on the Christmas card that goes out! It use to be Walmart that took advantage and eventually pushed the small “mom and pops” out. I see the EXACT thing happening with these BIGGER high end boutiques on line somehow, held to a lower standard a that of the smaller boutiques. I mean ladies even with lady mathing, you can’t say YOU GET A REFUND, and even though it was your money that we should refund to you, we are actually going to refund that amount in the form of a STORE CREDIT. Well FP, not this is going to mean a flying pig to you, but if you say your giving away something, how hard is it to say “congrats miss flippy” you just was given a credit for you purchase tonight. SIKE, you really just received a store credit bc research has proven that those with a store credit are more likely to come back to use store credit and even buy more than the credit due to “girl mathing” equation. urg“well I paid for my original order and I won a refund (which they keep using work “refund” but again, they get you with the store creditbc it’s just mathing. Wake up ladies!! There are ALOT of smaller boutiques that have the exact items that FB sales and can afford to give you legit lower power to control how your money is spent. I mean I really get tired of ASPEN trip phots, JAPAN, 30 A, Hawaii, 4 TayTay concerts and whatever else you are able to do bc of the little people that were so eager to stand with you. Hopefully our “girl mathing” realizing that it’s all more or less of a mind over matter. FP doesn’t “mind to take our money, and we sometimes go “what just happened here?? Nothing is free in the words, especially prices that are promised. Y’all have a blessed day, and use your money wisely..shopping smaller doesn’t mean you are getting the same item at a better deal that the FPs out there!

Best place to shop and have fun

Freckled Poppy is the best clothing boutique out there. They are fun and inclusive. Lots of amazing brands. One the best customer service out there for any company. They answer questions in minutes to hours and have the response you needed vs other experiences at other boutiques where it’s 2 weeks of back and forth to get a bad out come. This has become the only boutique I follow and don’t bother with big corporate companies anymore.

Spend your money elsewhere!!!

I have no idea how this place has ratings as high as it does. The owner acts like a teenaged mean girl on the lives, making rude and belittling comments to anyone who dares to ask a question. I was stunned that a business owner would be so hateful to anyone, let alone potential customers. And their shipping- I placed three orders 12 days ago that still haven’t shipped. They tell me it’s due to a backlog from a big sale they had a month ago. Perhaps they should update the shipping info in their app that says 2-4 business days. Sounds more like people don’t want to work for this person and so they’re short-handed. I’ve also discovered LOTS of boutiques that are cheaper and have super quick shipping and nice owners and employees. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future and I’ll be disputing with my credit card company if my orders aren’t shipped VERY soon. I won’t be spending another dime here!

Shipping Times

This boutique’s shipping takes so long, so if you want something soon forget it. An in stock item takes a little over two weeks to get to you.

Okay

Been shopping with them for a few years and while I like the frequent live sales, they seem to be moving more toward straight sizing and away from curvy sizes. Wish they would share more a size inclusive range.

Freckled poppy has excellent customer service

Freckled poppy has the largest inventory of Judy Blues. Many times they are the only place to carry a decent inventory of the popular jeans. They have numerous great sales and they stand behind their products! Their customer service has gone above and beyond for me.

False advertising

I don’t recommend doing business with this boutique. They falsely advertise quite a bit. They advertised that everything on the website and app was 40% off on Friday July 26 2024 ( Poppy Day) and in the ad it read ( yes this means everything is 40% off ) but everything isn’t 40% off. So beware of purchasing from this boutique. I have been a long customer to this company and spent thousands of dollars with them and they just lost a loyal customer because of their false advertising. They would rather falsely advertise and try and take the little guys money than to keep a loyal customer. I contacted them about the issue and they chose to cancel my order and lose a customer. Also customer service is not good service. They don’t have a dedicated customer service team it’s just who ever gets the email first and reads it is who you deal with. I also have all of the proof to back this review. I just hate to see companies like this taking advantage of people who have to work hard for their money. They brag about all of the vacations they take through out the year and bragged about going to another country to see Taylor Swift in concert all on the the small guys money. So they are basically laughing in their customers faces. It’s very disgusting to hear them bragging. So please be aware if doing business with them.

So mean on lives

I thought that I really liked them they are privileged people that have no understanding of being humble. They are mean to people on lives when they ask a question? I felt terrible for the person they were talking to. There is a lot of ugliness in life but when someone is profiting off of being ugly it makes it an unpleasant experience. I was on another live with a competitor and the first thing she did was shut the ugly down. I was like this is refreshing. Mean girls 2024 is a real thing
