Poor customer service
My order was not received on the estimated date of arrival. When I reached out to customer service I was told it was back ordered. No email, no text to update me. The following day I received a cancellation order. Poor communication. Don’t shop here if you count on receiving your order.

Love designs - but need TALL options
All on all, love FP but as a 5'9 tall person, would be so grateful for pants that fit a taller human so we can sport the designs as they are intended. ❤️

When ordering
Hi. I love your items. I like to also buy things on sale. You need to have a 15 minute time period where your items are safe in your cart OR at least after I have put in my credit card information and am getting ready to hit submit purchase that someone cannot swipe my item then. Really unacceptable and unprofessional as a company.
