Customer Service Poor!

Signed up to the subscription app, it wasn’t very user friendly, I contacted customer support, no answer from this morning. Just going to cancel my subscription, well that was a complete waste of time, I was able to not use the app and not get any help from customer service.

There is a lesson here, be careful with apps with no reviews!

Service doesn’t work

I added this subscription for the seven day trial it’s $54 for the year it’s a very difficultTo use couldn’t figure out how to record the conversation the instructions they gave did not work was not able to merge the calls the system didn’t work at all I do not recommend this

DO NOT TRUST!!!

Constantly cuts off before the phone call ends. Do not trust this app if you plan to longer than a 5 minute conversation! I’ve tested this several times and it on every long conversation. Junk!

Terrible zero stars

Absolutely terrible app. It was only able to record 5 minutes at a time and after 5 minutes the call recording would stop working and not tell your

If you were charged it could mean that perhaps the subscription wasn't canceled within 7 days of the free trial as determined by Apple. You may cancel your Record subscription anytime through iTunes online in your Apple account.
