Doesn’t give good MS or ping whenever I connect to Indian vpn, I paid for subscription aswell but can’t play game

Stopped working since 1 week for India location. Tried contacting support. After typing the details clicking submit button is not working . I need an answer as I’m having a yearly subscription till 2027.
