Please help me resolve this issue. Also, I would like to know if I can use this premium subscription on my other device as well.
You advertise that purchasing a subscription provides instant support and email assistance. However, I have been requesting support for quite some time and have not received any meaningful help.
Additionally, when I try to contact you through the email address provided on your website, I receive a “Delivery Failed” message, which makes it impossible to reach your support team.
This experience is very disappointing, especially considering the support services that were promised with the subscription. I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution to this issue.
